My stay there was good, what I didn’t like was how I was treated after check out.

The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, which I appreciated after a long flight and a full day of errands.

Unfortunately, the experience took a completely different turn after checkout. The host contacted me saying that the cleaner had left a power bank in the room and asked whether I had taken or moved it. I had not seen it, touched it, or even been aware that it was there. I found it inappropriate to be questioned about a personal item that a cleaner had apparently left behind. If staff leave belongings in a property, that should be resolved internally rather than making the guest feel responsible for something they had nothing to do with. What started as a pleasant stay ended on a very uncomfortable note. The accommodation may have been fine, but the way this situation was handled left a very poor impression. I would not stay here again.

Not recommended. Unfortunately, our 11-day stay was quite disappointing.

Only the security of society was good

During our stay, the electricity went out four times. Whenever the electricity went out, we first had to message the manager. The manager would then contact the owner, and the owner would add some money to the prepaid electricity balance. Only after the balance was added would the electricity come back. This process could take 1–2 hours. Unfortunately, the owner would only add a small amount, and the electricity would go out again the following day. This happened repeatedly and was very inconvenient, especially during the last few days of our stay. We were also contacted by the owner whenever we used the heater, asking us to reduce our electricity usage. There were also basic maintenance and amenity issues. The kitchen sink drain was blocked, so water would repeatedly collect in the sink while washing dishes. When we arrived, there was no hand wash or soap provided. We had to wait until the next day for the owner to arrange delivery of soap and hand wash. Another issue is that the listing photos are misleading. The photos give the impression that the apartment is facing the pool/lagoon, but the apartment is actually located at the back side. There is no direct view of the pool or lagoon from the apartment, and you have to walk around 5–7 minutes to reach the pool area.

Very close to the Lagoon

It’s very tedious to enter the lagoon and the resort itself. Guards make their own rules, one tells us the lagoon is closed on Sunday, the other sends us back to him for an access stamp. Apartment was very small, bathroom light was not working, we had to use our flashlight. The lagoon is only open until 5:30pm. Apartment should include things like water or complimentary tea and coffee etc like most booking.com apartments
