It was good

We had a problem of a loadshedding and they didn't have an alternative we kept on throwing food because of the loadshedding

Uncomfortable sofa and bed, unhygienic with cockroaches. My husband was not happy.

I regret this booking

The unit had cockroaches and because of this we had to keep our bags closed at all times and we couldn't use the cutlery or plates because cockroaches are very unhygienic. A dirty cup was even in the cupboard. The sofa was as hard as rock, you could even feel the wood. Very uncomfortable stay. I wouldn't go back even if you paid me.

Apartment is in a secure estate. There is a restaurant in the main centre. The hostess, Paulina, is very friendly and is always available to answer our queries.

We were told there's a sleeper couch, but there wasn't one. There was only an inflatable mattress which didn't remain hard. The place is extremely noisy: on Sunday there were people in the parking area who were playing loud music in a parked car. On Monday night there was loud music with a beat being played on a sound system in the next door flat. The place was advertised as having a pool area, but we were not told that we would have to pay R150 per person to go into the pool area on the Sunday, and R80 per person on the Monday.
