About this house rental
**pool will only be open Memorial Day - Labor Day** Fully Sanitized - The resort style property boasts an inground heated custom designed salt water pool, with water slide, diving board, swim up bar, lounge beds, multiple seating areas and hot tub. The ground level is complete with an outdoor bathroom, showers. This home boasts 5 bedrooms (2 bedrooms on first floor), 3 full baths plus 2 washer/dryers. The island kitchen opens up to a very large deck, with a beautiful grill. This home is ideally located and close to both bay and ocean beaches.
No smoking or pets allowed. No parties. No glassware outside (we have an ample amount of plastic stemware and dinnerware). Must comply with town noise ordinances. Families/couples only - with booker being a minimum age of 30+ yrs old *Guests required to have verified ID, & positive reviews * Signing of a rental agreement required. 8 person max - No more than 5 cars are allowed at the property. Pool will be open until day after Labor Day (unless prior agreement in place to leave open longer). Home has outdoor security cameras covering pool, deck, backyard and driveway/front areas. No tours or walkthroughs will be offered prior to a stay - as there are an abundance of pictures and accurate representation of the home.

I've stayed with family at 10+ different Hamptons houses, and this outdoor space and pool are unquestionably the best of all rentals. Hot tub, Weber grill, massive outdoor dining table, Bluetooth surround music, beer on tap, bar seats in pool, outdoor shower, ... -- doesn't get better than this for any size group. The inside is very comfortable, 5 bedrooms sleeping 2 to a room; plus a pullout queen couch, and very large comfortable couch in the den. Only 2 bathrooms, 1 on each level, but they worked just fine for our group. There is another bathroom on the pool level which was also used quite a bit. Location is fantastic, tucked away down a gravel/dirt road, very quiet and secluded. The host, Philip, was always available for questions, and he keeps the place very clean and well stocked. Overall, just an amazing spot (especially during pool season).

We spent 2 weeks at Philip’s place with our 2 kids. Easy to get to and in a quiet location. Outdoor area and pool were where we spent most of the time. The pool is heated and lots of fun with a slide and diving board. Also food and beaches not far away. Philip was great to work with and very helpful. Family had a great time.
