Place is great. Spacious and right next to the water. Will be better once the remaining of the neighborhood is built up. Couches were not very comfortable but other than that this place is great. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the communications from the property management were fast and helpful. I emailed to see if we could stay an extra night and I had an answer within 10 minutes! Great house and great property manager. Highly recommend.

The location of this property is good with a nice view of the lake. And the house itself seems pretty new but the furniture is all cheap and uncomfortable ikea furniture. We could not even enjoy sitting in the living room because the couches were so uncomfortable. One of the couch’s legs is broken and the fix was to put a piece of wood that is not the correct size so the couch is lopsided. We have a toddler and the listing states it’s child friendly but none of the furniture is secured to the wall so very dangerous for kids. And the barstools in the kitchen were so stained and gross, we didn’t even want to sit on them. The property says it hosts 8 but there’s nowhere to sit and eat other than at the countertop with two chairs or outside. Most of the remotes need the batteries replaced, either not working at all or sporadically working. The management company who manages could do a better job cleaning because when we arrived there was hair and dirt still in the carpet of the living room, like it had not been vacuumed well. There was garbage in the garage that was obviously left by previous guests and the garage was very smelly. It’s advertised that there is a pool and hot tub to use but it’s down the “block” in the micro hotel and their guests are their first priority. So it’s not very accommodating to those who pay to stay at this property. Hope this helps someone else know what they are getting when they stay here. Not impressed with the company who manages.

Stayed here with a few friends. The location was great, by the lake and walking distance to the brewery and town. Annoying noise coming from the utility closet 24/7. Had to reset fuses multiple times while just cooking in the kitchen. The location is great but the house could use some work.

First and foremost, absolutely wonderful. The place is well kept and the furniture is very comfortable. Also, the surrounding environment is amazing and everything is really close to Georgetown. Not that far from Denver or the Ski Resorts. Highly recommend! The family and I enjoyed it!

Upon arrival everything on the surface seemed ready to go and well put together, but the deeper we went into the property the more concerns we had. 1. Walking in the main back door to the unit it was clear someone had broken in previously by kicking in the door. The doorframe was still broke but the management company put a new latch strike/strike plate (for main door but missing deadbolt plate). This was a bit unnerving because we couldn’t feel secure with the door frame not being solid. 2. We went to lay down the futon couch in the living room but there was exposed electrical ground and hot terminals wiring because the receptacle face plate was broken. All the plugs holes were missing, so it was just exposed wiring. 3. Second guest bath upstairs had missing grout and some shifting tiles- one of the tile was loose enough a kiddo can catch the corner and cut their foot. 4. The downstairs track door was broken/off track and my 75 year old MIL was stuck in there because the door wouldn’t move. My husband was able to pull it open but it took significant effort and he’s 205lbs. Also it would not lock due to damage to the strike plate. 5. Downstairs bathroom tiles were also broke- which is a risk for little feet. 6. A blind in the master was torn and unusable leaving it down and flapping if the window was open- because there is no AC we wanted the window open for cool air, but had to close it because the blind would be damaged more. 7. The cleaning company did a poor job with the details. We found food wrappers and half drank pop bottles under the primary bedroom bed. My husband went to climb into the primary bedroom bed and there was a towel at the bottom of the sheet- making us wonder if they even cleaned the sheets or just made up the bed after the last group. There were some positives. 1. The pool/hot tub was easy to access. 2. Wifi worked great 3. Great on the lake location next to a great brewery 4. Lots of space and a comfy bed 5. Washer and dryer access 6. Private parking

We were advised about the broken windows on the front door prior to check in. Seems this is a common occurrence as I read this was an issue from a previous guest. My suggestion here, replace with a door that has no windows or replace glass with break resistant panes to prevent this from happening again. All glass broken and held together with painters tape. Seriously?? All the furniture is cheap and uncomfortable. I had to tighten the screws on the barstools as they were super wobbly. The cleaning crew could do a better job as we found a very large cake box with the date of January on the receipt. We visited in March. Fan and overhead light not working in one room. All lights in kitchen and front door area were not functioning at check in, had to mess with the breakers to get them to work. Towels....I didn't know towels could be so rough. Could beat great place if the owners invest a little into better quality items and some maintenance. Was missing the blind on one window in the master bedroom. The management company wasn't aware it was missing and we found it in the garage with dirt and grease on it. We said something and they sent someone over who screwed it into the window area. Someone needs to do a better job inspecting the place on a regular basis. Great location if skiing Loveland. Good brewery within short walk and cute downtown area with awesome breakfast place (Happy Cooker... Get the cinnamon roll, trust me) FYI there is no formal dining area, two barstools and the table by the couch or the outside patio set.
