They are prepared for anything. Flat tire, dead battery. Laundry cheap and bikes to use.

The girl at the desk was very friendly and professional and worked with us when we needed to switch rooms.
We had to switch rooms because there was no air conditioning in our original room. The lamp didnt work and the outlet by the mirror doesnt hold the plug at all. The carpet was very old and we had to climb stairs with basically no hand rails. (the first few steps had a rail on the left then as you ascend you have to switch and use the rail on the right.)
