The unit is pretty much as pictured, just less fresh with a need for deeper cleaning. Georgetown is a beautiful historic town with several restaurant choices and interesting shops.

We have stayed in Georgetown several times. We love this location. If any troubles we always have immediate help. Love staying here!

Fantastic location. We loved staying in this spot, grocery store, brewery, restaurants, and gas station within walking distance. Beds were comfy, but the folded towels left on the bed were soaking wet which made the mattresses wet - not fun. The carpets were extremely stained, dirty, and the floor didn't seem to be swept. For the price I was expecting the cleaning to be more thorough. We did contact the management about the issues but they didn't offer any accommodations, simply replying with a "sorry about that, the carpet cleaning doesn't come until after your stay and we'll make sure the towels are dry next time"... that was disappointing. Overall, if they can get their customer service and cleanliness up its a great spot.

This was a very gorgeous place to stay, great location and a short trip to Denver, for more adventures! A beautiful place to hike and come back to relax! Highline management was great to work with, we had some issues pop up, they were handled very professionally and quickly!

Very nice property. It is clean, spacious and a nice quiet place to retreat to for a home away from home. We always enjoy our stay here in Georgetown!

It was stated they don't have air conditioning but it's not needed at this altitude just open the windows for a cool breeze. This is all true but the road noise from the highway does not make this very nice at all.

This was the perfect spot to be close enough to Denver to easily go see friends and also close enough to the ski resorts that much of the traffic was avoided on ski days. Getting in was easy. There was a nice size garage to pull into to unload out of the weather. The place was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials and even some pantry items. Some commented on the noise from the highway, but since it was winter and the windows were closed, I did not have any issues sleeping. There is a good brewery with food within walking distance, which was also a plus after a long day of skiing.

The apartment was beautiful with everything we wanted. The restaurants in the town of Georgetown, however kept running out of food. We had to go to Idaho Springs for our meals.

I rarely write reviews, but have to let you know about this condo.
The front faces Interstate 70. The bedrooms and Living room all face the highway. With no air conditioning, and windows cracked, expect a noisy night of truck traffic. The back of the condo , with no windows, faces the small lake . if the building design was reversed, you would have a beautiful view of the lake. The only window on the scenic side of the building was in the back door, and had been broken and covered with plywood. The living room furniture was too small and uncomfortable. ( We are not large people, 2 females weighing 130 lbs each, and 1 male 190 lbs. There was no WIFI, hence no TV to stream. Also, no dining table , just a counter bar with stools. We paid 502$for 3 nights at another condo in town, ( on the creek, older, but nice) and 420$ for one noisy night at this place.
