Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns trotz der späten Ankunft persönlich empfangen. Alba hat uns per WhatsApp Ausflugstipps geschickt. Ein Sonnenschirm und Fön waren vorhanden.
Tolle Lage, ca. 10 Minuten fussläufig zur Altstadt.
Man kann sogar den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus genießen und muss dafür nicht extra raus.
Der Ausblick auf den Hafen war auch toll. Saubere und geräumige Zimmer.
Parkplätze sind an der Straße vorhanden. Wir hatten keine Probleme einen zu finden. Man muss allerdings die Zonen beachten (weiße Zone ist kostenfrei).
Man darf vom Frühstück nicht viel erwarten. Es waren Croissants, Marmelade und Kekse vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank war voll mit Getränken. Kaffee war auch genug da. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, zur Not kann man den Rest einkaufen und sich ein Frühstück zubereiten. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und waren super zufrieden.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was one of the biggest advantages, it was very convenient for exploring Ortigia.. like 5 min walk to the old town. The hosts were also wonderful, very kind, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
Breakfast was mostly sweet.. like real Italian breakfast.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and would definitely recommend Terme Bizantine, especially for the excellent location and the warm hospitality of the hosts.
We enjoyed having the terrace, although we think it would be a great improvement to have some kind of shade there. Especially in the morning, the sun makes the terrace almost impossible to use, which is a shame because it has so much potential.
One thing to be aware of is that the parking is free and public. We sometimes had quite a hard time finding a parking spot, especially in the evening. This was probably the only real inconvenience during our stay.

Bagno comodo, cucina interamente funzionante (forno, frigo, lavabo, macchinetta del caffè)
(la lavatrice, per comodità e un microonde, visto che la colazione è on suite, sarebbero state un plus) ☺️
Purtroppo molto rumore dalla strada poco filtrati dagli infissi.

Ottima posizione e vista meravigliosa dal balcone della cucina .Casa molto carina e camera da letto bella spaziosa e luminosa.I proprietari sono stati molto accoglienti e ci hanno fatto trovare tantissime bontà per la colazione .
La doccia era un po’ difettosa e non era facile chiudere l’acqua.Zona soggiorno un po’ risicata con un divanetto piccolo ma lo spazio disponibile non è sufficiente per soluzioni diverse.
