Die Wohnung hat eine super zentrale Lage, in wenigen Minuten geht man auf die Halbinsel Ortigia. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig.
Es ist eine neu sanierte Wohnung mit einer modernen Ausstattung und Klimaanlage. Alles ist sehr ordentlich und sauber.
In dem kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre eine eigene Klimaanlage noch schön.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Syracuse. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and looked exactly like it did in the pictures.
A special mention goes to our host, Roberta. She was incredibly helpful and easy to reach throughout our stay, always responding very quickly and taking care of any questions or concerns we had. She was always there with helpful advice and recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The apartment is also very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and we especially appreciated the little coffee machine – such a lovely extra to have in the mornings. The air conditioning also worked very well, which was definitely appreciated with the warm Sicilian temperatures.
Overall, we had a great experience and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!
Just a small note for future guests: The air conditioning worked well overall, although we felt that the temperature displayed on the unit did not always quite reflect the actual temperature in the apartment. Since the apartment has a somewhat winding layout with several separate areas, the bedroom stayed pleasantly cool, while the rest of the apartment – especially the bathroom – remained a little warmer. This was not a major issue for us, especially considering the warm Sicilian temperatures.
It is also worth mentioning that the apartment is not directly in Ortigia. We knew this beforehand and the location is clearly shown on the map, so it was not a negative surprise for us. However, if you are planning to walk to Ortigia, the beaches, or other main areas, you should allow around 15–30 minutes each way, depending on your destination.

The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with easy access to the island. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a large playground for children, which was a great bonus. There was also a spacious parking area next to the property. Finding a parking space could be a little challenging in the evenings, but we always managed to find one nearby. Communication with the host was smooth and hassle-free throughout our stay.
During the night, there were a few very brief power outages lasting only a few seconds. We probably wouldn't have noticed them if it hadn't been for our plugged-in devices, which beeped loudly every time the power came back on.

Wir sind zu viert gereist und hatten in dieser Unterkunft zwei Zimmer. Die Lage war sehr gut, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß nach Ortigia. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und die gesamte Einrichtung ist neu. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war einfach und unkompliziert.
Es gab allerdings ein Paar Punkte die man verbessern kann.
1. Beschriftung der Zimmer. Auf der Fußmatte steht zwar der Name für das jeweilige Zimmer aber weder bei der Buchung noch auf der Karte wurde uns mitgeteilt wer welches Zimmer hat. So kam es, dass wir fast 100€ mehr bezahlt haben und am Ende in dem kleinen Zimmer ohne Balkon und mit Blik auf den Innenhof hatten. Hinterher mit den anderen tauschen wollten wir auch nicht mehr. Es wäre einfacher es von vorne rein zu kommunizieren.
2. Das Wasser in den Duschen ist nicht richtig abgelaufen und das ganze Bad stand unter Wasser
3. Wasserkocher in der einen Unterkunft defekt
4. Fernbedienung ohne Batterie
5. Keine Tassen
6. Im Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeit. Ein kleines Regal oder Schränkchen wäre toll
7. Föhn in der kleineren Unterkunft defekt
8. keine Handseife im Bad
9. keine Küchentücher
10. in der kleinen Unterkunft entsteht ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch aus dem Abfluss sobald man die Fenster schließt ist es nicht auszuhalten
