Bonne literie et bonne climatisation.
Très bonne localisation avec vue sur la mer.
Les équipements sanitaires étaient vieux et fonctionnaient très mal.
La paroi de douche était délabrée.
Le revêtement du canapé du salon se décomposait en petits morceaux de mousse.
Très faible pression d’eau dans les robinets. Très difficile de se laver convenablement les cheveux. La personne de contact nous a indiqué ne rien pouvoir faire car pas directement lié à l’appartement. Il n’y a pas eu d’excuse et d’empathie par rapport à cette situation.

Spaceous and beautiful apartment with a great terrace in many cardinal directions. Really comfortable beds. Good that there is an elevator.
The stairwell was very worn, not fitting the beautiful appartment.

Die Lage war gut, Schlüssel Übergabe hat geklappt, Grösse von Appartement war gut, Klimaanlage U Ventilator haben funktioniert 👍
Der Wasserdruck war ein HORROR!!!😡😡😡 Und wir waren nur zu zweit! in der Wohnung. Wir haben nie gleichzeitig die Waschmaschine, die Dusche, das Waschbecken oder die Küche benutzt. Man konnte trotzdem kaum Duschen bzw sauber abwaschen?!? Wie soll das mit mehr Personen funktionieren? 1 Sessel am Balkon war kaputt, die anderen auch nicht hochwertig. Thermenkasten am Balkon ist alt, man sieht einfach, dass lange nichts investiert/renoviert wurde. Das Stiegenhaus schaut furchtbar aus. Schade, die Wohnung hätte Potential, aber ohne normalen Wasserdruck für mich nicht zumutbar!!!
