Location is good, near to Metro station. There are plenty of restaurants and cafe nearby. Bed is comfy and you get all the item you need during the stay.
Sometimes the hot water is unavailable during our stay. It is like 30-40 minutes, not like 3-4 hours. The bedroom can be hot but the fan can handle this situation.

Me gustó la ubicación, todo muy cerca. La cama si que era cómoda.
Pues encontramos una cucaracha bastante grande, no han venido a cambiar toallas, lugar pequeño.

The property was clean, modern, and well set up - compact but with all the necessary facilities.
Access to the property worked well with the codes and keysafe.
The location of the property was close to a main metro line and within walking distance of the historic city as well as having a tram line at the end of the property's road.
I had difficulty locating the proprty on arrival as my roaming data was initially not working, and the map on Bookings.com did not show the road of the property. I thought that Vila Queirós was the name of the property, not the road. It would be helpful to have the name of the main road it comes off.
It would have been useful to have some bowls included in the kitchen. And having the fridge right next to the bed was a bit disturbing at night.
I was quite alarmed to find out that they take video recording of people in the entrance hall without making that explicitly clear. Unfortunately, I was accused of flouting the rules by having 2 guests in a one bed apartment, and the messages were very abrupt. When in fact I was visiting my son currently living in Lisbon, and naturally, he would me meet at my apartment and come in for drinks or to talk between activities. This caused me some stress as I felt unable to relax and was overly concerned with being accused further even though I explained the misunderstanding.
