The location is so strategic and hosts hospitality, close to all you need. Bus, train stops just 5 mins walk. Had two air-conditioning. And washing machine is a plus for our stay. Our bedroom and bathroom are on the lower level. So it's a matter of what you like.
The utensils in the kitchen are a little bit out of date but still functional. So it's not a problem for us. When using washing machine or kettle, you need to refrain from using the microwave or cook top at the same time, as the fuse will drop. Once we figured that out, it's not a problem.

The owners were lovely. This was a last minute early evening booking after my already booked Airbnb was not habitable. They took the booking and met me to let me in, showed me around and gave me the keys. When I discovered there was no water they immediately came to fix the problem and were extremely apologetic. The unit was pretty clean, nice little kitchenette, heat/AC and roomy. The property was well located to restaurants and sights.
The mattress had two distinct grooves from bodies, it was difficult to get comfortable because I sleep in the middle of a bed and kept rolling into the grooves. It was a little musty, the bathroom shower needs a deep clean and the black patch in the shower ceiling needs to be taken care of.

Prvo, lokacija je zaista neverovatna. Voz i autobus su blizu tako da je povezanost sa aerodromom odlična. Sve znamenitosti su izuzetno blizu. Treba imati u vidu da su u Palermu plaže dalje od centra, samim tim ako uzmete smeštaj u istorijskom centru grada (poput ovog), moraćete putovati nekim prevozom do plaža - voz je za sve preporuke, a bus je jeftin ali nepouzdan, znali su kasniti i po pola sata a da pritom dođu potpuno krcati pa se ne možemo ni ukrcati. Vlasnik stana je sasvim bio korektan i prednost je u tome što je sve beskontaktno, osavremljeno, preko interneta, te ne postoje komplikacije pri odlasku iz apartmana. Postoji aparat za kafu, frižider, zamrzivač, pegla, mašine za veš, čak i suncobran. Dobra opremljenost. Klima uređaji i na gornjem i na donjem spratu. Prostrano.
Apartman je na sprat, te postoje stepenice što može predstavljati problem za određene ljude (ne toliko za nas, eventualno je problem ako se neko povredi na putu). Prostorije su vlažnije, pogotovo se oseća u donjem spratu (gde se i spava) pa treba paziti pogotovo ako ste osetljivi na vlagu. Takođe, ulazak u sobu za spavanje dole je visok oko 170cm, pa ako ste viši od toga verovatno ćete udarati glavu dok se ne naviknete na saginjanje. Najvažnije, i razlog zašto je ocena manja nego što bi se očekivalo shodno svim pozitivama, jeste to što postoji značajan higijensko-zoološki problem u stanu. Pronašli smo mišji izmet u posuđu, a susreli smo se i sa bubašvabama. Sunđer je smrdeo na buđ i pod nije bio najčistiji, a peškiri su se osećali na vlagu. Ovo su rešivi problemi i nadam se da će ih vlasnik rešiti i time osigurati da ovo bude top mesto za Palermo.
