Gostei da limpeza e organização da acomodação.
Percebemos que o banheiro estava com cheiro de retorno forte. Talvez seja o ponto que merece atenção, mas não interferiu na experiência, conseguimos descansar muito bem.

Gostei de tudo! Todos solícitos, a piscina uma delícia, o quarto super aconchegante. O café da manhã tudo fresquinho. Tornou-se meu ponto fixo em Petrópolis. Fora que é perto do centro.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, breakfast was excellent and hotel was close to town centre
Bathroom was so small you could barely sit on the toilet without your knees touching the wall in front of you. There was a games room that could only be described as shabby. There was a snooker table that should have been fun on a rainy afternoon but half the balls were missing. Easy to put right just needs attention! The hotel had two buildings our room was at the front and very noisy.
