Genuinely the most inviting yet luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in- the attention to detail in art, decor and from the staff was incredible. The location was brilliant and walking distant to lovely shops, but was secluded enough you felt you were in your own bubble. The staff made my partners 30th birthday so much better with their helpfulness and warmth. The best Moscow Mule I’ve ever had - and the food on site was gorgeous. Whole heartedly the best and most memorable hotel experience we have ever received and would 100% recommend and come back. The staff and owners should be proud of the level of service they provide.
Nothing - truly perfect.

One of the best small luxury hotels we have stayed anywhere in the world . Wonderful room , superb food in restaurant for breakfast and dinner, great pool and terrace . Terrace bar perfect for cocktails with a great view over the city .
Service outstanding , particularly Sofia on reception who was so charming and helpful . Would very highly recommend the hotel. Our experience was memorable

The room is nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The garden and the pool are beautiful. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the restaurant, which was definitely better than other restaurants we tried in Rio.
The neighborhood has lots of street paintings.
There is not enough lighting in the bedroom.

The hotel is nice and located in the very vibrant and historic Santa Teresa area, which we really enjoyed.
We were disappointed by the overall quality of the facilities, especially considering the price. The mattresses and sheets felt quite old, the shower was leaky, and the bathroom overall was not in great condition.
Room service took an exceptionally long time, and in general the staff did not feel particularly attentive. The music in the pool area was also very loud, and despite asking for it to be turned down, our request was ignored.
