A very unique Brutalist and mid-century house with curated furniture which gives an elegant and unforgettable experience.
The chef made for us a delicious dinner representing the local cuisine.
The house had a spectacular view on sugar loaf mountain.
The entire team were kind, professional and hospitable.
We felt as we are alone in a beautiful house, unlike the typical hotel experience.
Their music vinyl collection created a great ambiance throughout our stay.
Better guidance how to reach the hotel would have been nice as we got confused when we couldn’t find any signage outside.

The house itself is very cool.
This isn’t really a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb. There is one ‘host’ who stays in during the day, but they leave at night, meaning that the house is not staffed overnight. There are also no services in the evening - no drinks, no food. You can helpful yourself to a beer from the the fridge, but that’s it. We also didn’t like the location: it’s far from the centre and the beaches and taxis generally don’t like going here, especially at night, meaning that you’re stuck going to only a few restaurants nearby.
