Two-story home, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Bed configurations: 3Q. Welcome to your distraction from the everyday hustle and bustle! You will be transported to a place of relaxation upon entering this fully renovated boutique style beach home! Located just a short walk to the sandy path that leads you to the mesmerizing crystal waters and shell covered sands of Atlantic Beach NC. Our name 'Sea La Vie' is a play on the term C'est La Vie, which means 'That's Life' and what a time of your life it will be while you are our guest. After spending time on the beach take the short stroll home to enjoy some quiet time relaxing on the farm style front porch. Want to stay in for dinner- no problem! The open concept kitchen with granite and butcher block counter tops is fully stocked. Still need more stress relief? The Master bathroom has a jetted soaking tub! Each bed is made up with fresh linens for your stay! The photos do not do this property justice. You will want to stay forever, but rest assured you can book for next year before you even leave and know this amazing property will be waiting for you to return. *Parking is not allowed on the concrete driveway, please park on the gravel by the front porch entry. Maximum of 3 cars allowed.* NO PETS ALLOWED.

The location is great, it's a short walk to the beach and the pier. The kitchen is well stocked and is well laid out if you like to cook. Our only complaint, the TV area could use a bit more comfortable seating for 6 adults.

There needs to be TV's in each bedroom, not just the living room and the random office. If a family was to stay there, the living room set up does not accommodate for it. The couch only fits 2 people and there is only one other chair. The light switches are very confusing and backwards, the door lock has issues to where we were locked out multiple times. There is not enough space for parking with a large vehicle or if you need room for more than one vehicle. The house overall is beautiful but there are a few things that I believe should be changed.

This interior of this cottage’s beachy fresh first impression with a huge covered porch didn’t disappoint. Wide open first floor was a great gathering space! All was well appointed with new fixtures and inviting finishes In a perfectly relaxed ocean-side style. Charming decor in spacious renovated rooms drew us in to enjoy the total vacay experience. From the deck’s rocking chairs and pub stools, to the butcher block island in modern-cottage kitchen, to the clean quartz bathrooms, fluffy beds, comfy seating and unexpected mini-family rooms adjacent to the upstairs BRs…not a comfort-detail was missed. Thoughtful amenities were provided for a truly turn-key experience. (No I am not related to the owner,lol). Although it rained 3 days of our trip, we enjoyed the nearby beach, pier walk, great dining …and the truly inviting beach house. Not right on the beach but just behind gorgeous row of homes, and adjacent to empty lot & small manufactured homes on 3 sides, it is a cute, clean, current , cozy cottage. Definitely would go back (ps my wife wrote this, but I like it too).

The house was amazing - great location, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach was a short walk away. We ate in mostly and the kitchen had everything needed. Very centrally located - we took a ferry out of Harker's Island and also Morehead City and also played mini golf and watched the sunset in Emerald Isle. Was our first time to Atlantic Beach and really enjoyed it - very family friendly. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Very nice house. Great layout. Great location! Only thing keeping me giving it a 5 star rating.. The downstairs AC did not work and when I reported it the rental company they said the house had a warranty and it would not be fixed while I was there. :( They (Spectrum) did offer to bring a window unit in if needed. Other than that.. Great place.

Overall experience was fantastic. The minor inconveniences (a/c not working, ice-maker in refrigerator not working) were rapidly taken care of once reported.

Amazon location!
We loved this cute house! The proximity to the beach was amazing. The house has a great use of space and some extra spaces we weren’t expecting. The only negative was that it was clearly dusty under any piece of furniture as if cleaners did not bother to sweep under benches or side tables and the gas grill worked fine but also had a lot of old residue in the bottom which made flare ups. The quiet location, proximity to beach and comfortable house would bring us back again for sure!

Great beach house
The house was extremely well provisioned and appointed; it had everything we could ask for. The location is great, a very short walk to the beach and a few blocks from some great restaurants. We would certainly rent it again on a return trip to the area.

The property was even better than we anticipated. There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the location was great...close to the beach and in a quiet area. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Atlantic Beach.

Nice house tucked into a family neighborhood
The house was well equipped and comfortable, very clean and laid out well. We particularly appreciated the location. Just across the bridge and within walking distance to bars and restaurants, but on a very family oriented block that was quiet and easy going.

Place and location were amazing!!!!
Great location with a wonderful layout inside. Proximity to the beach was perfect. Amenities inside the house were modern and easy to use. Extremely clean upon arrival. Having a gas grill was definitely a plus!
