Amazing location right in the hearth of West Hollywood yet a bit distant from the noise and the crowds - the exact mix that you'd want
We've had a lovely room with a view on the city
The mini bar has everything for you to make your own cocktails and lovely miniatures of great spirits!
The rooftop bar is clearly a popular spot, drawing a stylish, beautifully dressed crowd. (no noise and no inconvenience whatsoever)
Unfortunately, on our last day I noticed a significant buildup of dust in the gap between the mattress and the bed frame. It was disappointing to find this in an otherwise lovely room.
I mentioned it to reception simply as an FYI on checkout, and they apologised and offered a discount on parking, which I appreciated. However, while I was showing the administrator a video of the dust, she took my phone from my hands without asking and emailed herself the video. That made me uncomfortable, asking permission first would have made all the difference.

Great location, pool area was gorgeous, rooms were nice
Bar man at the bar in reception was miserable and massively overcharged us for 2 drinks (we didn’t notice until we left)

Staff were really friendly and helpful. We found the location perfect for what we wanted to do and was in walkable distance to lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
We weren’t aware at the time of booking that we would have to put down a $1600 deposit, I think this should be added to the property page or messaged to you beforehand.
