Property is nice, some aspects need updates.
Mattresses are pretty firm and looked old, could use topper or upgrades. Kitchen is basically equipped, if you are foodie people coming to cook here like my group you will find some things that you wish you had brought. We made do and got creative - the one serving platter is a Christmas plastic tray but it worked.
Not sure if the house had not been rented in a while but we had to buy a lot of air fresheners and candles to assist with the musky odor. Wasn’t a deal breaker but wasn’t pleasant, and no way anyone missed that smell when they prepared house for us.
There was no hand soap in bathrooms, no laundry detergent even though you are asked to start load at checkout, one dishwasher pod, 2 garbage bags and a pretty empty dish soap bottle. Small details but wished there was either a detailed list of what to expect or communicated it’s not provided.
Overall super quiet area, we had great weather and enjoyed the pool immensely.
Rental agency was easily contactable, all check in and check out processes were clear.
