Brand New House with Amazing Views
About this house rental
Nestled in Venus Bay, this lovely house for $176 per night is a great choice for your next break. This is a brand new property perched on top of the hill with amazing views out across farm land and Anderson's Inlet. The top story deck is the perfect place to sit and soak in the view while enjoying the sunset and the peaceful surroundings. The inside floor plan and furnishings have been specifically designed to easily accommodate larger groups- and is perfect for 2 large families. There is a well-stocked kitchen with a large oven, a gas BBQ outside and a second fridge downstairs in the laundry. The spacious lounge with large smart TV is the perfect place to sit and relax, while the fire burns in colder months and also a separate living space downstairs for the kids to play and watch TV. There are 2 large bathrooms, 3 toilets and even an outdoor heated shower. Set on a large fully-fenced block with a sheltered kennel under the carport, there is plenty of space outside if you want to bring your dog along too. All linen is supplied, as well as children's books, toys, high chair and portacot- so you don't need to pack much at all. Bedroom 1 (upstairs) King Bed + Ensuite Bedroom 2 (downstairs) Queen Bed Bedroom 3 (downstairs) Queen Bed + Separate Triple Bunks Bedroom 4 (downstairs) Queen Bed Situated only 800m from the Venus Bay shops it is an easy walk up to collect supplies or get your morning coffee. Venus Bay beach number 1 is only 1500m away, this beach is patrolled through the warmer months. Should you want to go off adventuring then Inverloch, Walkerville South, Fish Creek and Meeniyan are all only a short drive away. For those keen on fishing there are boat ramps into the inlet or you can fish directly from the platforms all the way along the Tarwin River.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely new home for a weekend away. The house was comfortable with an abundance of supplies. Even though the weather wasn’t great we were able to enjoy the great views and make the most of our stay in Venus Bay.

This house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed from a great stocked kitchen and pantry, to a beautiful outlook from the balcony. The house was just a short walk to the shops and beach. We had a great weekend staying here.

On the balcony. Very big house which would suits two families. Lots of beds and 2 smart TVs. Thoroughly recommend !

The property was perfect for a family reunion as it allowed us all to wine and dine together at the one table with great views. Being so close to the beach it allowed us to spend time near the water and also to simply walk to breakfast(shops are very close). Wood heater was perfect and created a great ambiance. Kirstin couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable and was open to ideas. Thank you

This is an immaculate property - beautiful furnishings and the views from the balcony are gorgeous. Great spot for walks to the beach, fishing on the river or just relaxing with friends or family. We loved it!

Ideal accomodation for our group of 4 and would easily accomodate more. Spacious, comfortable, clean & modern facilities.
Steep gravel driveway to the carport may not suit all vehicles however parking available inside lower driveway.

Property faces north with a scenic view towards Andersons Inlet. Great place to relax and spend time with family. Has a really nice verandah with a terrific view, great place to kick back and chill on the outdoor sofa. A real coffee machine with grind provided was just superb.

Wonderful house
We had such a great summer holiday, the house is set up amazingly well for families, clean and spacious and the balcony views were amazing. Highly recommend.

Communication with the property owner Kirstin was excellent and the home was beautiful and clean, modern and bright.
This was one of the only places we’ve stayed where all linen was provided as well as plenty of household items such as tea towels, bin bags etc…often it’s these little things that make all the difference.
My son in particular loved the coffee machine!

Our family of five just enjoyed a wonderful week at this gorgeous property.

The home featured many high quality amenities, however the washing machine and dryer were outdated and hard to use effectively. The house was also far away from entertainment and restaurant venues, but was close to beautiful beaches. Overall this was a very good stay, and I would recommend this home to others.

This home was a wonderful place and was very clean and modern. It is a perfect home if you own a dog as the backyard is large and well fenced. This lovely, fresh and new home was so comfortable to stay in. Perfect vantage point of each days sunrise and sunset which was so lovely. Convenient location to get to the local sights and tastes. Beds were comfortable and we really didn’t want for anything - it was a lovely getaway.

We had a peaceful 4 nights here in Venus Bay. The house is a great size, everything is clean and the coffee machine was brilliant. The house is a nice walk to the beach and it is a marvellous piece of ocean with a long quiet stretch of sand. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful property with peaceful inlet view
This is a really well designed home for a relaxing family holiday. Having linen and towels provided also means less to pack! There's a fabulous balcony with incredible views over farmland and Anderson's Inlet. It's well located for those who like to walk their dogs to the beach! We're definitely planning a return visit next year.
