Welcome to Point Of View! Enjoy BIG VIEWS from high atop Appalachian Ski Mountain, just minutes from all the amenities the High Country has to offer including shopping and dining in downtown Blowing Rock and Boone! Completely remodeled and updated, this 5BR/5.5BA furnished mountain home is sure to impress. The main level boasts a Great Room with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace, and a wall of windows to enjoy the views. Adjoining the Great Room is a high-end kitchen complete with stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a large bar. The dining room is surrounded by walls of windows to allow for maximum view enjoyment while dining. An expansive open back deck spans the back of the home and provides tons of space to relax and take in the amazing views. The Master Suite is conveniently located on the main level, while the upper level features two bedrooms, an updated full bath, and a reading nook/loft. Our family has been here 3 times. I thought they might want to try a different place next year but they want to return. Ideally located between Boone and Blowing Rock there are so many things to do . The local restaurants are great. Tweetsie Railroad has something for all ages . The views are better than described.

How do I describe a slice of heaven on Earth. The photos show exactly what you are going to find when you rent “Point of View”. Everything was supplied by a thoughtful host. The experience for our family was excellent. The adults (85-42) had a warm family friendly place to visit and the kids (15 to 8) loved their area downstairs. Stunning view from a beautiful house. The house had everything we needed and was convenient to Boone and Blowing Rock. We would definitely stay here again!
