It was definitely a positive experience staying in Batam Marriott. Could have been better if body lotion has been provided. The only unfortunate incident was my initial booking was cancelled, despite making full payment. I had previously requested for reschedule to 5 & 6 Sep due to my sister-in-law passing and request was approval. Unsure what went wrong. Luckily I managed to get another reservation done via booking.com app, just that it took some time to locate my booking.
As above. Had a buffet dinner with my friends, spread could have included oysters and sashimi. Prawns were small though.
