Privacy, quietness, facing the sea .
1. Staff attentiveness ( housekeeping) my second time staying and same mistake repeated. When they clean up the room , things are not been replaced back ( towels, bathrobe, bottles water)
2. Bottles water should be stocked fully especially on this hot weather. With the price for a villa been charged, am sure a few bottles stocked in the room won’t hurt the resort
3. Room service team to be train on payments. I was charged twice because staff made a mistake on the amount charged. Again it’s a 5 start resorts with high price been paid , service must be professional and high standards
4. Buggy area messy , unorganised with customers that just arrived and checking out, customers that is going for tour. It needs to be better and have more staff mending that area and crowd control as it reflects images of the resorts

Staff are super friendly and warm. They’re always ready to help, especially the staff who pick us up in the buggies and the folks who helped us check in
Some parts of the resort were on the older side. Breakfast was super crowded, but staff tried their best to seat us quickly

We would like to thank the hotel for the free upgrade and the happy birthday nature decor and cake. It was really nice of them. We like the peace and tranquility of the resort and the staff. The buggy was a nice touch. Really enjoyed our stay at the resort
Was expecting resort style quality but the furniture and decor and condition of the villa were kind of chalet standard. Details were not considered hence it was like a Chalet with no style or quality decor for furnishings. Despite the big kitchen there was no cutlery and it would be nice to have a sundeck by the pool. Hence overall I have pulled down the ratings because of the standard. One sad thing we found was that the beach was really dirty full of thrash. It would have been wonderful if resort is taking care of the beach where is it usable rather then just to look at.
