About this house rental
New bookings to stay October 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027...stay 3 nights, the 4th is free. If interested, simply submit a booking request for the 4 nights and we will adjust your rate upon approval. Please reach out with any questions!
Whether you prefer to sit on one of the decks with your favorite beverage or spend the morning kayaking on the Strait, Warm Waters Landing offers something for everyone!

The home and location offer extensive amenities for every age and interest:
Outside Details:
• Miles of beach exploration for shelling, swimming, digging, walking, kayaking and more.
• Kayaks, toys, beach chairs and more fill the garage for your use! There are four kayaks with life jackets and paddles for your use.
• Enjoy the expansive decks with beautiful Adirondack chairs. The deck can be accessed from the Sunroom and Master Bedroom Suite.
• Enjoy BBQing with the grill or perhaps using the outdoor lobster pot, or even pack the beach wagon for an outdoor adventure – all included for your enjoyment!
Inside Details:
• Once inside the front door, enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, 25’ vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking directly out at the ocean in the backyard.
• The fully stocked kitchen with plentiful counterspace offers everything you will need to prepare meals during your stay.
• The sunroom offers a casual area to play games, do a puzzle, enjoy a meal, etc. all while having full ocean views.
• The large master suite has a king-size bed, SmartTV with DVD player, walk-in closet, large jetted tub and a walk-in shower.
• Two upstairs bedrooms feature queen-size beds and SmartTVs .
• The fourth bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen-size Murphy bed with a SmartTV and PS2.
• The spacious living area has plenty of seating where you can enjoy your favorite movies on the 50” TV and DVD player all in front of the gas fireplace!
• From all your adventures, there is a full-size top load washer and dryer as well as a utility sink in the laundry room located in the hallway to the garage.
• The home sleeps: 2 in the primary, 2 per each of the 3 queen beds, one per the twin daybed located in the open loft, and there is one pack n’ play for babies. There is also an air mattress for your convenience.
• The home has enough bed linens, bathroom towels and beach towels for all!
• The house is atmosphere is controlled by a geo-thermal heating/cooling system as well as an energy efficient heat/air conditioner pump for your comfort.
The home is located down a quintessential PEI gravel road.

The house and view are both beautiful! There were nine of us (5 adults and 4 children) and we had plenty of room. We loved having access to kayaks, clamming equipment, and yard toys. Close enough to everything to be convenient but feels private. The hosts Emily and Joe were responsive and helpful.

This property is amazing! Very warm and family friendly. Everything was provided that we would ever need. The views were unforgettable and many happy memories were made. Having two large tables and chairs was awesome to do puzzles and games on one and eat on the other. The windows in the closed in porch which we called “the fishbowl”, were awesome to get a cross breeze on the warmer days. Also got to see a family of foxes playing next door! Just beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will never forget out time here!
