Hidden gem

Clean and quiet. Checking in was a breeze. Washer and dryer in the condo was convenient

The air-conditioning thermostat was not in the room and could not be controlled as well as being a bit loud kicking on and off. Would have rather had a kurig instead of a coffee maker.

Great facilites, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in/check out. Will definitely rent again!

Very clean facility, easy check in (door code worked no problem), very quiet area. I was surprised at the amenities available, the washing machine and dryer were clean and well maintained. The kitchen was very clean and it was nice to be able to cook food for myself rather than eating out all week!

I guess the only things that I had a little trouble with were the wifi password, the password provided was incorrect, but I was very easily able to figure it out without any real trouble. It would have been nice to have a few more kitchen utensils for cooking but I was definitely able to make do with what was provided. Ultimately no complaints of any real substance

Almost every thing.

The bed was uncomfortable. That would be the only thing I would change.

Adequate but not clean enough accomodations, the area and people were wonderful.

Cleanliness. Shower curtain and liner dirty. Shower walls dirty. Door jambs dirty. Comforter on bed worn, no mattress pad, extra pillows in closet the cases were unwashed.

We enjoyed the sunshine and pool area but were disappointed with the living area.

Location of property was convenient with a grocery store nearby and easy access to main streets. Kitchen and bathroom newly remodeled but not main room. Appliances were new and worked well. It was nice to have the washer and dryer.

The main room, living area/bedroom, was very dark and we asked for better lighting but maintenance personnel never showed to fix broken bulbs in ceiling fan, We had no thermostat to control heat, make-shift closet was inadequate, table in kitchen was way too small for playing games, e.g. cards, puzzles, dominoes, etc. Price was way too high for the property.
