An updated, spacious, 4,700 square foot, English Cottage style villa, perched atop 160 acres of lush rolling hills surrounded by pristine beauty. The beautiful home is located on 160 acres on the pristine California coast. Gorgeous views of the rolling hills of Cambria and San Simeon from most every room.
You will feel as if you have entered another world when you arrive at The Pied Piper Ranch.
The home has been professionally designed with an emphasis on California Casual Chic. From the moment you open the front door, you’ll be hit by a warm and fuzzy feeling as behold the lovingly curated collection of furnishings and art.
Numerous spaces to cozy up with family and friends. Or sprawl out in the open concept gourmet kitchen and relax.
Home includes a game room complete with antique bar, game table, pool table and a flat screen TV. Perfect to entertain family and friends.
There are numerous hidden gems in the house. In addition you can bask in the sun on the brand new 1,000 square foot deck and enjoy dinner with friends and loved ones, under the gorgeous outdoor, four season pergola. After dinner, grab a big glass of Central California red (or white) wine and take a bath in the massive master bathroom. After dinner and your bath, refill your wine and take a seat on the deck to enjoy the peace, serenity and incredible quiet and thousands of stars in the night sky. In the morning grab a cup of fresh brewed coffee and take a walk or go for a hike before breakfast.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces. There is a small farm with cows, donkeys & goats, guests are welcome to visit with them.
Other Things to Note
This estate home is located on a beautiful rural property. Although within close proximity to the famed beaches of the central coast, it’s best to have a car to get you there. It’s well worth the trip.
Note: We have ranch dogs named Coda & Piper that protects the goats & the property. They are extremely friendly & loves people & other dogs.

What a beautiful property and a wonderful renting experience :) we had our wedding here and it was PERFECT. It is so quiet and magical, with the sounds of wind chimes and birds filling the air :) the home is very clean and spacious and the backyard is magical. It truly was the perfect setting for our small backyard wedding :) our family was in awe of the property too! Mary was wonderful! She was so helpful and kind throughout the entire process :) we would love to come up here again for future anniversaries!

A few doors did not have hardware like the master bathroom door. There was just a hole where the doorknob should be therefore you could not close the door. The master bathroom also did not have any light bulbs in the light fixture so you basically have to go to the bathroom in the darkThe greaser in the oven was filthy.Having said that the house is pretty far out of town and has beautiful views and lush greenery all around it our party was a party of 8 and we had plenty of room
