To avoid misunderstandings with guests who choose to vacation during storm season, we have established an amenable policy common to vacation rentals. Tropical storms and hurricanes are impossible to predict so guests should protect themselves by purchasing travel insurance. Pricing is lower in these months to account for this additional expense.
