All the amenities for a comfortable sleep were available in the room. And the hotel is located in a quiet area.
The only negative point was that there were no toiletries such as soap in the toilet and bathroom.

Location is close to tram and St Augustin Railway station
During night , be careful in the area if you roam around , won't recommend roaming alone late night in the area.

Extremely well priced for Nice and conveniently close to the airport.
Private parking and very nice and helpful staff member at reception.
Check-in was easy and it had everything I expected/needed before my flight.
Floor could have done with a mop otherwise, bathroom and kitchenette were both very clean.
