This particular rental is the upper level unit. During your stay, you will have a deck on the ground level that overlooks Lake Michigan, a large yard for outside entertainment, and a beach less than 100 feet from the house. For our football fans, the Green Bay Packers stadium (Lambeau Field) is about 30 min away. This property is located across from the Algoma Boardwalk on Crescent Beach, which is the largest beach in Algoma, and directly next to the BP gas station. Inside the home, there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds and 1 bathroom. Guests can access this section of the home by entering from the deck on Lake Street overlooking Lake Michigan.

The place has an exceptional view. That is about the only positive thing I can say. The carpets were not vacuumed correctly. My daughters eyes swelled while there. The overall living space can only be compared to a crack house. Cobwebs in the corners. Everything is super old. There were raccoons in the attic. The plates had burn holes. I was depressed the whole visit. Would not recommend.

The location, view from the living room and bed/mattress were terrific. We had one question for our host while staying and that was answered promptly. Algoma is a charming little town.

The overall property was fine, but they did not have kitchen towels and enough dishware. And the bathroom towels were not exactly in good shape need to be replaced. Also had only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days.

The views from location were beautiful. The sun rises and beach access was wonderful. We love being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The home worked well for our stay. Only real negative we experienced was our welcome rule card said no pets. There were two large dogs in lower unit that barked when ever their owners were gone. Also did not clean up after dogs were let out. We may book again when we are in the area.

The views are incredible, we has the windows open a majority of the time to hear the waves. Quiet location, beach right across the road with a nice boardwalk. Took a star off just due to the gas station next door which the property owner also owns. It was just a little busy with customers, car wash and occasional waft of gas but it wasn’t anything that’s keep me from staying again just a heads up. Kitchen is small and not really set up for cooking but it was just what we needed it for. Kids loves the bunk beds and we appreciated that they were low. Bed was really comfortable as well. Lovely stay!

Our stay was amazing! We loved having the beach right across the street and ate all our meals at the picnic table by the beach. The place was so convenient to Door County and the downtown area. We really enjoyed staying here and would not hesitate to come again. The place was super cute and working with the owner was easy. Thank you for a comfortable and memorable stay!!!

This was exactly what we needed. The property was right across from a great beach and within walking distance of town. The house was well-maintained and stocked with the essentials. I would recommend it to friends and family traveling to the area.

Solid place in great location across from Lake Michigan; 20 min south of Door County and 1 hour north of Kohler. The place doesn't have many frills, but is a great place to stay for a couple. The 2nd bedroom is more of a bunk bed setup for kids, but can work for a 3rd adult if needed.

We have stayed in Algoma for multiple summers but wanted a change from a hotel room to a house and this property met those needs. Spacious living area and kitchen and bedrooms were sufficient. Big enough where everyone could have some privacy. Property was clean and well kept. There was a family with young kids in the downstairs property and you could barely hear them, so noise is minimal. We screwed up our reservation (NOT them) and management was very patient when we needed unplanned late check out as a result. Fully recommend!

We had a great time in Algoma. The location across from the beach is a big plus. Everything in the house worked fine and everything was available. The one negative is the television. There were three remotes and no instructions. I had to turn onTV by the the On button on grey box under the TV. When The TV got off the channel(?) it went to static and I could not get a picture back.

The view was great! It was really nice being that close to the water, we picked rocks every day after our adventures. Algoma is a bit of a drive to the sites, but it was nice to get away from the touristy crowds and towns. The rental was perfect for us, great big living room to chill out in. WiFi was dependable!
