The Water Street Landing was a perfect fit for our family. The house was very clean and well stocked. Loved the outdoor patio area. The host was prompt in communicating with us and overall great to work with. Would definitely return for a future stay.

House was very clean and roomy for our larger group (6 adults & 2 toddlers). Having 2 rooms with king size beds and 2 bathrooms was really nice. My only complaint would be the checkout list. I felt like we had quite a chore list before we could leave (emptying all garbage's, taking garbage to garage, putting all clean dishes away, and starting laundry). I don't mind picking up a bit but I paid a cleaning fee so I felt some of those things could have been covered by that. Otherwise, I'd stay there again.

Really nice place!! Only thing we didn't like was check in wasn't until 4 PM and had to be out at 10 AM. Other then that, it was a very nice place and location.

Our family had a wonderful time in Algoma! This property was everything we had hoped for. The location, cleanliness, and amenities were spot on. Sleeping space for 6 adults and 2 children was perfect. The sun room and fire pit was a favorite! The kids loved the extra lot for space to run. Extra towels provided was great. The only feedback would be to provide a few folding chairs - with only 6 dining room chairs, we utilized the smaller stools for sitting all 8 of us around the dinner table.

We were in town for a family wedding with our adult kids. The house was clean and nicely redone. It fit our needs for a great weekend. Weather was great so the outdoor area was nice. The location was great. Walking distance to everything. Towels and pillows could be better. Original booking said check out at 11:00, cleaners showed up before 10:00, so we were a little rushed. More recent info was a 10:00 check out that I missed, but the cleaners were pleasant as we packed up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Algoma is a great small town and we enjoyed our time.

A very pleasant experience. I will admit I was hesitant, not knowing what to expect! BUT, was pleasantly surprised!!! The house was above & beyond what we expected! Clean, spacious, ample towels, paper products, the kitchen was very impressively stocked, beds were comfy, showers were clean and lots of hot water! All the comforts of home. I would certainly visit this property again. Very nice!!! An A+!!!

Loved the way the old was blended with the new! Grew up in this home and our stay brought back many happy memories. Solar lighting by the rock steps would be an added safety feature as well as a railing by the back doorway. Loved the the way they created an open concept to the downstairs.

We loved the 4 season porch for sharing meals and playing games. Great layout with 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bath on main level, and a well-equiped kitchen.

Loved this house AND especially the location. You can walk to so many different places in Algoma. We will definitely be back to the cute little town and hope this awesome house is available when we do! The house was clean and well equipped for sure. Fit my family of 7 quite well! The stairs inside are crazy squeaky so make sure the peeps in your party who wake up first are on the first floor! lol Also appreciated all of the black out curtains so you get a restful sleep. All in all a gem of a place.

Cute little house. There were 7 of us, ages 23-85. It was comfortable, and clean. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed everything about this property. The only downside was having to keep the second floor windows closed to avoid black flies. It would ge great if a fan was available! I would highly recommend and rent this property again!

I would suggest three things to make this property even better. First, provide a fan or some kind of white noise to drown out the noise from the street traffic in the master bedroom. Maybe a ceiling fan. Second, more shelf space or cabinet space in the bathrooms. There was nothing to put toiletries on when taking a shower or getting ready. Finally, provide all three local channels. Add CBS and NBC. There were also streaming issues.

Three generations stayed and had so much fun exploring the town and then relaxing in this beautiful updated home! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the large windows overlooking the lake provided a bright spot to start and end the day. Highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Fun in Algoma!

Fun in Algoma!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! Amy was very prompt in responding my questions. The home is beautiful and spacious with all the amenities and resources we needed in a group. The fire pit was a big plus! A short walk to the marina and close enough for our door county exploring. I definitely recommend this home and would stay here again!
