Great location. Nice view from the pool.
Basically “the bare minimum” mentality reflected throughout every aspect of the place. I got a message concerning the check-in and asked a follow-up question that went unanswered. In the bathroom no cup for your toothbrush, no shower curtain, no hand towel. Electrical sockets only on one side of the bed and for some reason absolutely no lights by the bed (blinding ceiling light or nothing). The gym is functional but not practical, bare minimum as well. The pool is very pretty with a nice view but there are 3 or 4 long chairs, so clearly not enough, also the water is not so clean. The staff is unfriendly and not willing to help in anything going past the bare minimum their job demands. It is impossible to use the facilities after check-out as you wait for your flight. And the worst of all, which I am surprised Booking even allows: upon checkout they have the audacity to ask for a 10 star review so you can get a 15% discount next time if you contact them directly instead of going through Booking…
