Good sized 2 bed apartment that met all our needs.

Location, cleanliness and apartment facilities.

Queen bed was a bit hard.

Nice stay for four of us in a clean, functional , compact apartment in a great central location.

=central location . Close to shops and eateries.

Couch in lounge was uncomfortable… probably because it is a fold out bed. Finding the apparent was confusing… we would have been lost without Farid . He was great A second to would have been good for the 2 children.

great location and apartment

We met a representative at the apartments, however did not receive any access instructions prior to our arrival. Once we found the representative, he provided details

The instructions (that the representative gave us on arrival) were not clear for the car parking. It was quite difficult to find our allocated carpark

Great apartment in a central location.

Very convenient location just a couple minutes' walk from shopping centre and restaurant strip. Apartment is in newish block, with dedicated and secure underground parking. Apartment was very clean, modern, nicely furnished. Well supplied with equipment. Nice balcony with casual seating for four.

Finding the parking slot allocated to the apartment took a few minutes the first time we did it. And then finding the right lift took a few more. Signage in the car park could be improved.

Apartment had everything we needed. Very close, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Communication was great, I wasn’t sure of process, as all communication was via email. I rang and the lady was very helpful and answered my questions. The email Instructions were very clear. Christine contacted me by text on day of arrival. I got there 20 minutes early and Christine was able to give me the keys. She was great and Showed me how to get into the apartment and explained the parking. We didn’t have issues finding the spot, the YouTube video helped, and we also just followed the sequence of the numbers on the ground once we got to level B3. Apartment was awesome, Clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. Couldn’t hear the other residents. Location was great. We walked to the shops and restaurants. Was just a close drive to the tourist attractions. Will stay again.

Garbage shoot in common area was handy. But wasn’t sure where to put the recycling. There was instructions on how to use the garbage shoot, but no mention if it was co-mingled. Or if there was another location to place the recycling. We traveled by car so was able to take the recycling with us.

Shower in main bedroom, pours out onto floor, no matter what. Meant a clean up and very wet towels every day.

Exceptional 2 bedroom city apartment in Canberra central to everything.

We were very impressed with our apartment. The aircon was perfect. Amazing kitchen facilities. We thoroughly recommend this unit.

We would have liked some firmer bed pillows in the main bedroom and perhaps an extra blanket/thicker doona in winter.

Fantastic Canberra city location.

Well-appointed apartment with all the basics and more. Clean, fresh linen that was in good condition. Great location to Canberra City centre shops, restaurants and supermarkets by foot. Fantastic base for Canberra.

Fabulous location and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our stay.

Clean, comfortable and the free parking was very much appreciated.

Arranging meet up to get the keys was a bit of a hassle but the gentleman who met us was lovely.

Modern and cozy.

Terrific location. Just a few minutes walk to the Centre. Very convenient. I like the zero brand toiletries. Beds are comfortable, modern bathrooms and kitchen. the entire apartment is just beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location and simple and sweet apartment

Exactly what we needed. Had all the kitchen gadgets and utensils and some pantry supplies. So close to the Canberra centre for grocery or clothes shopping.

Wow!

Beautiful, modern apartment with everything you could possibly need for your stay. All modern appliances and spotlessly clean. The location is great and a mere 2 min walk from Canberra Centre.

Thank you so much for the direction video to the parking space. Without it I would never have found it! I don't know who designed the parking system, but it makes absolutely no sense.

stunning apartment in the best location in Canberra. walk to shops and vibrant restaurants in Lonsdale Street

well appointed, super clean and staff met us and were fabulous. we have stayed there before and will definitely stay again when we come to Canberra. so close to the shopping mall and all cafes and restaurants.

Modern home away from home

Apartment is in a great location, with secure parking. Loved there were no single use toiletries - everything was refillable, and Who Gives a Crap toilet paper is supplied. Quality appliances, crockery, and cooking pans and utensils are provided. A modern home away from home. Would definitely stay again. Couldn't hear any noise from adjoining apartments, if there was noise being made.

Pillows were too soft.

Modern, spacious, secure (both accom and car parking) 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms excellent.

Location within walking distance of the main shopping centre, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stn etc.

Excellent facilities, ideal spot for Canberra shopping & Restaurants

The confusion created by Multiple names for the property ( it is obviously on multiple sites with different names for the accomodation. ) & the many different people that contacted me wanting me to do extra "security" things got me quite uncomfortable. More explanation up front of requirements & doing it all at the same time would make this problem go away.
