Re Key collection: Proactive communication; very clear instructions; lockbox option gave me check-in at my convenience; and literally just around the corner from the apartment complex. And text message when the apartment (and therefore the keys were available) was also appreciated. First class.
Re apartment: well appointed, quiet and warm. Immaculately clean and great wifi with generous freebies. Coles and Aldi < 5 minutes' walk

The location was excellent and only a block from Canberra central shopping centre. The apartment block is very secure with fobs needed to access the building and lift. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and modern. There was added bonus' like milk in the frige, oats, coffee pods, washing powder, alexa. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was warm and cozy. We didnt use the roof top, but did admire the view and noticed how clean the area was. Would definalty stay there again - thank you
