Exceptional

Cleanliness was spotless. Staff very helpful. Accommodation had everything we needed. Owner responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Would recommend and would stay again!

Golden Apartment

The bed was very comfy and was a lovely sleep Spacious apartment inside to relax in with a big tv and good layout The TV however did make you worry it was going to fall as the bracket doesn't seem too stable

Instructions aren't the clearest Damages already in the apartment make you wary since its already stated that any damages may be charged to you unless you have proof of them prior Felt unsecured on arrival with the front door being wide open and keys being in the door free to enter

Clean self catering 3 bed apartment, clean and in good condition. Close to town center and Bars and Restaurants.

Parking is around the back and very tight with limited spaces.

Good space. Poor wifi. Kitchen supplies are lacking.

Nice apartment, very spacious

The wifi was very spotty and kept shutting off. Kitchen supplies were very poor. Don’t book if you plan on cooking. I asked for some simple kitchen items and was told nothing was available. The wifi was never addressed by management.

Style over substance. Poorly thought out.

The apartment was very clean and well presented, I found the size of all the rooms and the layout to be fantastic and the quality of the furniture and fittings to be of a good standard too.

This property specifies no noise between certain times, no parties, not suitable for stag/hen etc. I thought this was great until I realised it was because the walls are paper thin. I thought the kettle started boiling on it's own at one point but actually I could hear the next appartment's kettle boiling clear as day as though it were in the same room. Every time a guest left the property they would slam the door rather than use the key to turn the lock and close it (latch lock) and this was very loud. I assume the wall is a cavity wall and the noise travelled up the inside of it. The sach window didn't help this situation. Speaking of the outside door, as mentioned this was a door on a latch. Durig my stay myself and another guest were locked out of the building for 45 minutes. Either the latch popped into a locked position when a gues slammed the door shut, or another guest locked the latch automatically when they entered themselves. Either way what a stupid choice of lock for a communal door. We were unable to contact anyone from the property management on any of the various telephone numbers provided. The "Emergency Number" rang with a message stating the opening times of the estate agents, and therefore was not an emergency number if it couldn't be accessed outside hours. I was also disappointed by the towels. I'm fairly slender and found the bath towel to be inadequate for covering my body. I think they should have spent less of flashy cushions for the bed that ultimately ended up on the floor and more on quality bath sheets instead of basic bath towels as size really does matter. I was also disappointed that for a property that is fitted with a combi boiler the shower was only an electric box style shower with poor pressure.

Apartment with Promise but falls short

We liked the location and apartment layout. The bedroom size was good and nicely designed. The kitchen and living room was good for two people.

The shower ran cold and then too hot. It was hard to balance. Water flow on the shower was very poor, and the flow was barely able to rinse hair. The sofa was not clean and badly stained. The stairs were hard to navigate. The kitchen was poorly stocked and lacked crockery and pots. The bed was very uncomfortable and had a very hard middle section. The wifi was never on for long and had too many connections to choose, and none of the connections were stable. The main entrance door got jammed and took a while to work the key to open. Parking is extremely tight and can be hard to park without jamming someone.

It was a nice stay! Enjoyed every moment!

Apartment was clean, cosy and easy to locate. Good for short term stay!

Wi-Fi, Bathroom shower water pressure was not up to the mark. And bathing area is very small, Fat people can t fit in!

Disappointing

The apartment was clean and modern.

Very minimal facilities in the kitchen, although clean and modern. Good location for walking into town but in the student area so very noisy at night. Walls very thin so can hear everything in other flats. People were smoking in the corridors, partying late at night and keeping us awake until 3am. Would not recommend for families. Also there were road closures so parking was very difficult, but this was temporary.

Prefect stay

We loved our apartment. It was clean and comfortable for us.

We found parking was alittle problem however as we had a Blue Badge we were able to park at the front of property.

Nice apartment but badly presented in very noisy area

Keys were not in the box Shower head holder was broken The fan in the bathroom was at times not working and at times very noisy The bed covers were too small for the bed I have contacted the owner about these problems that has reassured me that maintenance would come and fix these problems. Noone ever came even if we had multiple calls In the kitchen you only have 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 of everything which is annoying as you do need an extra fork or plate to cook. Very noisy during the night as next to a pub, you can hear young people very loud at 3am every night.

Cheap and relatively cheerful. Photos misleading, very noisy location with poor double glazing

Comfy beds, parking at rear, good space compared to a hotel for 5 people

Flat was very smelly, bad drains, the sofa bed in living room was very uncomfortable and the photos in the advert are misleading suggesting the 5th person had an actual bed.

Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location and walking distance to attend the event at the Assembly Rooms that I had travelled for. Great open plan layout and more spacious than the photos show. Dedicated parking space an added bonus right on the door step of the apartment. Staff were very helpful on arrival and also assisted me with my printing requirement to print off convert tickets that came late from Ticketmaster for me to have printed from home before travelling

There was no freezer in the kitchen (not even a small ice box in the fridge) which I thought was a given in most apartments, so I was glad that I had not brought any frozen items with me. The Virgin media box is on the floor and has a dodgy wire that looks broken, but the wifi worked OK and we were able to get onto Netflix with the TV eventually.

The apartment was decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

The apartment was freezing!!! we've all gone home with colds. The duvets were so thin so even colder on night. Kitchen was a nightmare and really didn't have everything we needed to make breakfast. Fridge didn't even have a freezer for ice? We had no WiFi all weekend, communication was terrible to try and rectify that! No USB ports to charge anything. TV channels were a nightmare and we could only use because someone had left it on their child's Netflix account. It's very loud as by a very busy road and train track.
