Nestled in Sanibel Island, this attractive house for $273 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Home is in great shape inside and out. It has a new pool cage, clean pool and a new roof. There was no water penetration inside the home so everything is fresh and clean. Everything has been professionally checked, certified, and is in working condition. Cape Coral is totally open for business and all the Cape Coral restaurants and shops as well as popular restaurants in Cape Harbour Marina (Fathoms, Oysters and Rumrunners) are open. Things grow back quickly in Florida and all of the beautiful greenery is back. Home is ready for vacations, relaxing and special occasions. Home is a beautiful, well appointed, spacious, private 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home with a screened heated pool/hot tub. It has a comfortable open floor plan with all amenities including full kitchen, laundry, and cable Internet/TV. Home and pool has been refreshed last year including new AC, pool/spa, outdoor grill and kitchen appliances. Every bedroom has a private TV as well as a big screen TV in living room. House is family friendly and includes changing table, chairs, and crib. Home has been professionally landscaped and maintained with 13 palms. Home is in a high end, residential neighborhood close to the attractions that SW Florida offers including the shops and restaurants at Cape Harbour and close to bike and jogging paths on Eldorado Drive. It is within a short drive to the beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers including a variety of dining and shopping options as well as golf, boating, deep-sea fishing and site seeing. Home is close to Ft.Myers/RSW airport and major highways for easy access.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property. Pool/hot tub was lovely (even in cooler Florida weather). Home was nicely located in a neighborhood perfect for biking and walking. Kitchen was nicely stocked and we made several meals at home. But we also enjoyed dining out at Lobster Lady, Cape Creamery, Point 57, and Rumrunners. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was so immaculate and clean! And little touches like a bottle of wine left for us made us fell so welcomed. The home is bright, inviting and extremely comfortable. I cannot stress enough how happy we were to have chosen this home. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home!!!

Home was Beautiful and very Clean ! The owner responded quickly to even my tiniest of questions . Home was perfect for multiple kids and multiple teenage personalities. Everyone had plenty of room. Pool was perfect entertainment and we used the umbrella in garage for the beach . Very well stocked home , kitchen supplies/tools , pool floats ,paper products , towels and bedding . Neighborhood is quiet. Great Restaurants and shops close by . We loved Fords Garage Restaurant and Rum Runners right on the water . Only advice type in the address correctly we accidentally put in St instead of Ave. and took a 10 minute detour. Definitely Recommend this home .

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. There are so many good things. But the best is the private heated pool and hot tub, which were so relaxing! My wife and I, and three kids stayed here for almost two weeks over the Christmas holiday, and we had truly an amazing time. The owners were just outstanding to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions. Some of the things to highlight: 1. The home offers four bedrooms, all clean, with privacy for the master suite apart from the other bedrooms.
2. The entire house, all bathrooms, kitchen, etc. were very clean and comfortable. 3. The bathrooms were well equipped with numerous bath towels and beach towels, all of which appeared to be brand new. 4. The kitchen was well appointed, it was like being at home. 5. The swimming pool and hot tub are absolutely amazing. There are also very comfortable lounge chairs next to the pool. The pool appeared to be approx 10' x 24', which was a perfect size for swimming some relaxing laps, or playing with the kids. The owners leave a remote control to turn the hot tub on and off. 6. This property is so versatile. It has a sophisticated decor great for adults, but also accommodates children very well. 7. The house is in the midst of neighborhoods with sidewalks and running paths. And close to a great coffee store (The French Press) and homemade ice cream store (Cape Creamery). 8. The outdoor grill is a great, 4-element Weber grill + 5th element for side burner. I could go on and on, but to sum it up -- the property was exactly what we were looking for, and fulfilled and surpassed all expectations. Thank you.

There were three adults three children and our dog that stayed. This location is in a great quiet neighborhood. We loved the house and all the space it had for us. The pool and hot tub with the outdoor space was great for our family.

The house was in a beautiful neighborhood & was nicely apportioned, with plenty of space for family-time. The pool was especially enjoyed by our teenage grandchildren. The house was very clean, well stocked with necessary supplies, towels, & cooking ware. Finally, it was conveniently close to our shopping needs. We would stay again.

Everything you can ask for
This property was amazing. The owners have put a lot of thought into what a guest may need and have everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you would have at home including a Keurig. They even have items needed for entertaining like a serving dishes and a large drink dispenser. The rest of the house had plenty of linens and tons beach towels. In addition, the house and property were very clean and well maintained. My husband and I have very high standards and we couldn't find anything to complain about. The beds were comfortable the furniture was new and clean.
The house was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but only 10 minutes from shops and restaurants and 30 minutes to Ft. Myer beach. Although the kids were perfectly happy spending every moment in the pool. We chose to keep the hot tub turned off during the day and used it as a kiddie pool for the littlest kiddos. But be cautious the area around the pool gets very slippery when wet.
Overall a great stay and we had a wonderful trip! I would definitely recommend!

Overall a great place to stay! Plenty of room, large kitchen, pool/patio is comfortable. The pool was a bit too warm, might have been due to the warmer weather. Would definitely recommend as a great value for the property!

Excellent place to stay, great location & a beautiful house
The house was wonderful. It had everything you need; plenty of bath towels, beach towels, dinner ware, cook ware etc... The house was close to dining, entertainment and a marina that has shopping and dinning. The whole group loved it. The only negative is that the master and the south bedroom (the one across from the pool door) both mattress "sink" in the middle. Other than that, it's a 5 star without a doubt.

Peferct Getaway
We go to Cape Coral every Father's Day with our moms, and adult kids. This house is by far the BEST we have every stayed at. Everything was perfect. Quaint, tastefully decorated, Clean & fully stocked kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Beds were comfortable. Only thing I would change about the living room is to maybe add an ottoman. The kitchen really has everything you need to cook meals, only missing baking pans or at least I couldn’t find any. I loved that each bedroom had plenty of blankets and a change of sheets in the closets. This was important to me and showed they really did think of everything. An extra fan was in the rooms if needed. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. We only had 2 wash clothes so that was a bit of a hassle but we made do. Shower in the master bathroom is very cool and was one of my favorite features. Our favorite part was obviously was the pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool items for the kids. We used the grill one night as well and had no issues. The home is located near the marina and a lot of restaurants. 35 minutes from fort myer beach and 45 minutes from Sanibel beach. We visited both. My girls loved the 2 adult bikes that were in the garage. I have saved this location and we will definitely be back. Perfect location to everything we wanted to do!
