Thank you so much for an amazing stay at Arlyn. This property definitely has the WOW factor! The property, decore and furnishings were absolutely stunning. We all enjoyed the hamper basket on arrival and we're able to have a nice drink and a snack after a long drive before tackling the food shop.
The location is in a fantastic location. Gorgeous Lake round the corner and a good bus route which takes you straight to Pen Y Pass car park for Snowdon. After a big walk the hot tub was a treat!
The facilities at the property were excellent. 2 big fridge/freezers, plenty of cupboard space and was well equipped. We weren't able to find any tea towels but next time we visit, we will bring our own.
There were 12 of us that stayed at the property. All of us had a comfortable night sleep. The beds are very comfortable and the area is quiet. The rooms are also very spacious with plenty of bathrooms for showering/ baths.
The stove is extremely difficult to use. We read the instructions and even google. When we used multiple hobs, the stove kept turning itself off. Which some times made the cooking hard. But it didn't effect our stay.

Beautiful house, amazing location with fantastic views. The house had everything we needed and more, super comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was great!

We had a 70th birthday celebrations, the house accommodated three generations. We could all sit together and also have our own space.
It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday.
Kitchen was well equipped, tv has Netflix etc, nice outdoor area dinning facilities and hot tub.
The owner has thought of everything needed to start your self catering, NO need to rush to corner shop straight away!!
Also the house was clean and the bedding comfortable.
Hamper was unexpected but very welcoming.
We give it a 10 out 10.

We loved everything about the house - space, well equipped, location etc. we were a family of 9 and used the facilities in the house - pool table, hot tub, BBQ, kitchen etc and also went out and about.
The location was amazing, right next to the lake, close to a town and some nice walks around.
We loved everything but if being really fussy - the pillows were hard!
