Location and the quirky interior
Perhaps too much clutter.
Only 1 bathroom and no TV. We knew about this before but on this occasion it made life a little tricky

Such a brilliantly decorated apartment in a fantastic location. We love Betws-Y-Coed (who doesn’t) but did not want to stay in a hotel with little or no living space. This flat had a long kitchen, diner, living room with windows looking out over the green and onto the hills above. No TV in the property so lots of conversations. The other room is a large bedroom with sofa and an en-suite at the end. Including a bath and walk in shower. And if you want a shop just pop downstairs and you are in the shopping arcade with Fatface, Mountain Warehouse and lots of others. No need to go to the coast for a bigger shop. Loved it.
