Lovely house and surroundings, shops close and always something to do. Parking was fine with no problems
Only a small thing but the two sofas were a little too low for older guests to get up from. Although they were comfortable when seated.

The property is located in the heart of Betws-y-Coed and offers comfortable accommodation with everything you need. The local supermarket is well-stacked and there is plenty of choice of eateries if you don't fancy cooking.
The ensuite shower could do with an upgrade

The house was well located within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. It has its own parking. It's a nice size house with plenty of bathrooms.
When we arrived, the changeover hadn't happened. The cleaning company, who was the contact, completed the changeover whilst we went for food, which we appreciated. It delayed our checkin to a certain extent. 4pm is already a late time and this made it later after 7.30pm.
There weren't any supplies like tea/coffee etc. It didn't feel like a home.
