Very bad. Wifi is not working on both days even though I contacted the staff. Water heater cannot be adjusted and shower

wifi is not working since day one, contacted the staff and the only reply I get is to wait for the neighbour guest next door to reset the wifi. day two wifi still not working and nothing is done about it. water heater knob is spoiled and cannot adjust the temperature. shower head is spoiled too and water does not come out properly.

To be fair prices give in full price before deducted from the banks

Overall is ok, but not satisfied.

The place is all ok .. but the check in process and the guard is true bad

The check in process is ok, but we have problem with our vehicles. We have two vehicles to park and one goes to the residence parking and that was ok, but for another vehicle, you need to park it at visitor parking with RM20 charges. We have already inform the customer service and they didn’t let me know about the extra charges, and my friend who arrive earlier, she do not know about this and the guard just not let her in. But most importantly the guard has being very rude!

My visitor from Australia did not like the place, the living room furniture was so bad and uncomfortable, cigarettes buds on the window sills, she refused to stay we told the management that we are not staying and returned the keys, rqst for a refund

Not suitable for long rent,there is no place to dry clothes. Clogged sink and the mattress is not comfortable (hard)

only location

The toilet has no hook to hang clothes. The living room sofa is so low and soft. How to seat? The bed quality is poor and hard to have a good sleep.

The service from the agent UHA was very bad and unfriendly. The unit was very dirty and dusty. Also to get my refund on my deposit I had to call and WhatsApp the agent but no one picks up my call. Very bad experience. Pls don't book with UHA agent

So disappointed

I received their WhatsApp ask me online transfer RM200 for security deposit. So disappointed with the service.. not all transaction fees already included when I paid for booking.com? So I didn’t do that and when I reached the apartment,the security guard told me I can’t get the key because of I didn’t pay the security deposit RM200. At last I paid for it because quit late around 7pm I reached there,so tired and don’t think to find other place. This is first and the last I won’t book this apartment again.

comfortable but need clearer instructions

The property is clean and comfortable

instructions were not clear. if the check-in is for both A and B unit, should state in the PDF as one (A and B). Thought that we only have 1 unit with 2 rooms for 6 of us, but description mentioned 3 rooms.

not worth it

Friendly host Security guard was very helpful and nice View

* Self check in was a little hassle and delayed. * The apartment was below expectation & quite dirty * Floor was sticky * It says smoking is not allowed but whole house especially room smells strong cigarette. Need to really cover nose. * Sofa, bedsheet etc have stains * No body wash was given or any dental kit * Tv chanels was only SG local channel * Honestly not worth the stay

Superb management staff, a bit lack of privacy and inconvenience entrance to parking

Very helpful and friendly staff. I left my belonging in the unit and the staff helped to find it and arranged for me to pick up even after their office hour. Thank you so much for being so helpful!! Location is good. Near to CIQ (walking distance about 1.5km) so if you're planning to go day trip in SG it is a good stay!

The lack of privacy in the unit. The kitchen window is not covered by curtain so others can see inside easily. Inconvenience entrance to parking area due to no RFID access card is provided to pass the guardhouse and enter to parking. Only access card to lift is provided. If you're travelling in and out a lot by driving then it could be inconvenient as you will have to keep telling the security to open the gate barrier for you.

TV no signal, fridge not working, towels, and bedsheet have stains, one of the foldable chair is spoiled, pool water is dirty.
