Very nice apartment. Even if it is small but is comfortable for family with 2 kids. Kitchen is very good equipped. Very very good that there is air conditionig. Advantage that is possible to agree also car parking. Location is also good with 30 min walk from centre. For us big advantage was also washing machine. Very kind and supportive staff.

incorrect communication (wrong door code shared), room dark as cellar (no, not super bright as shown on pictures), bad smell in the apartment (staleness, moisture), old furniture, bathroom window damaged (could not be closed), shower doors impossible to close (bathroom flooded with water after each and every shower), COCKROACHES spotted the second night, entrance directly from the street. overall not recommended area - we got our car damaged and stolen things out of it…

It was close to our family from Marseille and easy to get to central places

There was a smoke smell the whole time from previous guests but to be fair I didn't say anything about it to the owner as didn't think that would change easily. The smell didn't leave us even with open windows. Noisy spot , ground floor by a busy road, but for the price I wasn't expecting a 4 stars. There was no broom or vaccum cleaner to clean the place during the 4 days we stayed, and it got really dusty from the location on the street , so felt quite dirty in bed.
