The State & Huron bus stop is right on the corner of the property, the CTA's Grand station for the L train is just a five-minute walk from your door, and of course, there are always rideshares to be found. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: - Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7. - Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property. - On-site parking is available for $50 per night per vehicle. - This property does not have luggage storage. - Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning. - This property utilizes a two-pipe system for its heating and cooling. As such, either the heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1). This listing is just as advertised. A nicely appointed alternative to local hotels, nestled in between the Miracle Mile and Gold Coast areas of Chicago. Easy walks to Michigan Ave., the Loop, and surrounding venues. Great communication from the hosts. We were on the 18th floor of this security building with a wonderful view of Chicago. Beds and furniture are comfortable. Kitchen is adequately stocked. Would gladly book this again on our next visit to Chicago.

I loved this property. It’s perfect for Chicago! We walked to everything, centrally located. It was very safe building! Easy check in and out. Place was immaculate and had all essentials. We loved our four days there!!

We stayed here for five days in July 2023. The apartment and decor is updated and clean - it looks just like the photos online. The beds are comfortable and there is a cute little patio with a nice view of the cathedral. Our flight didn’t arrive until 9 PM on Friday night, so by the time we got to the property, it was after 10 PM. Check in was super easy though, and there was someone at the front desk to help us out. Checkout was just as easy. It’s a good location, with a Whole Foods right around the corner and within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants. I only wish the building amenities (like the gym) were available to us. Still 5 stars without the amenities.

Love this VRBO! Clean; easy check in & out. Very nicely appointed kitchen; comfortable beds & great bathrooms. Staff easy to reach & very quickly offered assistance which turned out I didn’t need as set-up for check-in is so well executed. The best thing about this place is the location with a balcony! Can even see a decent slice of the lake!
