Don’t miss out on our favorite neighborhood spots: - Etta - River North, one block away - Whole Foods grocery store, one block away - Millennium Park, 1.2 miles away - Beatrix, 0.5 miles away - Walgreens, 0.25 miles away Getting Around: It's extremely easy to walk to most sights in the area, but when it comes to driving, we recommend sitting back and letting someone else do the work. The State & Huron bus stop is right on the corner of the property, the CTA's Grand station for the L train is just a five-minute walk from your door, and of course, there are always rideshares to be found. Other Things to Note: PLEASE NOTE: - Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7. - Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property. - On-site parking is available for $50 per night per vehicle. - This property does not have luggage storage. - Daily housekeeping services are only provided upon request at an additional cost per cleaning. - This property utilizes a two-pipe system for its heating and cooling. As such, either the heat or A/C is on throughout the property. The thermostat cannot run both or switch between the two. Heat is turned on in the fall (around October 15) and turned off in the spring (between April 15 and May 1). Two-bedroom condo in 52-story building at State and Superior. Easy walk to CTA Red Line station or various bus stops. Within walking distance of Michigan Ave and John Hancock Bldg (a little longer walk to Navy Pier). Once-in/one-out parking garage immediately adjacent to the facility (park your car and walk or use CTA or Uber while you’re in Chicago). Bedding furniture was too hard, but accommodated three adults and two kids.

Prefect for a family that’s too big for a hotel room! The space was nice and the location was perfect for us. Right by the red line, Whole Foods, restaurants, and an easy walk to Michigan Ave. We will definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood, view from the balcony of this corner unit was excellent, with views of both Sears/Willis Tower and Hancock. Walkable to restaurants and Michigan Ave.

Everything from process to the condo was very organized. Everything was in it's place, nice coffee and creamers, washer/dryer, beautiful views, walk to everywhere and more. Inside was nicely decorated, super clean and felt comfortable. Front desk personnel were very helpful and polite. We would recommend this to anyone! We had 3 women in our group.

I was very impressed with this stay. It was clean and cozy, not to mention…it was in the best area, walking distance of almost everything. Not to mention the parking garage was easily accessible and safe. The view was beautiful, the beds were so comfy, and it was very spacious. The cabinets in the kitchen were stocked with everything you needed (cutting boards, drink ware, pots, etc. ) the bathrooms were stocked with extra toilet paper, soap. Showers had good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash. I didn’t want to leave this place to go back home because of how comfy and quiet it was. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Chicago, pick this one! Hands down the best experience and stay.

Couldn't check in until 630pm due to a police incident inside the building. Also we asked for a late check out and were lied to that someone would look into it and never called us back to let us know if the late check out was approved. Property was ok but nothing special.
