We had the entire upper part of the house ourselves (2 adults, 3 teenagers), a small family lived downstairs, but we only met them in the pool, which by the way was very nice with a great view to the hills and the sea. We had three separate bedrooms, all with airconditioning, and each room had a separate toilet with a shower. The kitchen was well-equipped, and at arrival there was milk and water in the fridge. Basic stuff like salt, olive oil, coffee, garbage bins and toilet paper was available at no extra cost. There are also chairs and umbreallas for the beach. And the very friendly host (living in the neighbour house) supplied us multiple times with his own limoncello!
You cannot walk to anything unless you go by the somewhat busy road, thus you need to get into the car for anything you do. We prioritized the great place with a private pool, and accepted it is a 15 minute drive from the beach, thus we had a car anyway, so not a big issue.

Location was perfect. Very close to the famous parts of the region. To visit Polignano a mare and Monopoli, this place is very suitable to stay. We get lots of beneficial information/recommendation from the owner of the Villa. We would like to stay there again. Ci vediamo!
