A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso ao transporte público. O apartamento é grande, acomodando para dormir até 4 casais, tínhamos ainda 2 bebês que dormiram juntos com os pais (3 quartos com cama de casal cada e 1 sofá cama). Havia o básico necessário para as 4 noites que passamos, com boas opções de comércio e restaurante, próximos.
A retirada e devolução das chaves do apartamento é feita em outro endereço, onde a empresa mantém uma sala. Como chegamos tarde da noite e saímos de madrugada, pegamos e entregamos as chaves em cofres que estão na parede do edifício desta sala. O local fica há umas 3 quadras do apartamento. Quando chega ao endereço, você se depara com um corredor (beco), no qual existem várias portas de apartamento e é preciso entrar cerca de 30 m até chegar à porta deste apartamento. Nos dias que estivemos, apesar da aparência, foi bem tranquilo. A climatização não é boa, mas por sorte pegamos dias não muito quentes (tardes sempre abaixo de 30º) e com noites frescas.

The unit was very close to a lot of food, cafes, and drink places, as well as the Metro 4 station. This allowed us to travel to all places on our itinerary within 20-30 minutes. The unit also seemed very secure and had enough space to accommodate our group of 10. The wifi was also very fast and the TV was able to show some Women's World Cup games. Management was very responsive to any questions we had, and check-in/check-out were both easy.
The unit itself could have been a bit cleaner as there was debris on the floor still when we arrived. Each bathroom had a smell of sewage coming from the shower drains. There were also not enough toilet paper rolls and no hand soap, so be prepared to run to the store for those items. Each room had an AC unit, but the unit was not strong enough to cool the room down even at max settings, which made it uncomfortable at night when trying to sleep.
