Lovely hosts and competent kitchen team. Nice accommodation with great views on the valley and mountains, several seating areas (in- and outside) and a beautiful garden with swimming pool. Tasty dinner available, nearly everything is locally produced. The family is very helpful to help discover Armenia. Respect for the hosts’ philosophy behind building their entire project! A must-visit guesthouse when in the region!

The hotel exceeded all my expectations, with a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere, warm and attentive hospitality, impeccable service, and thoughtful attention to every detail. Everything was handled with such care that I felt genuinely welcomed and at ease throughout my stay. It was a truly wonderful experience, and I would happily return without hesitation.
The room noise isolation was not good enough, but they said they were going to work on that. Also the room for 4 had a specific odor due to the wood walls. Other than that everything was super.

The guesthouse was very nice and clean. It had beautiful view of the mountains and forest.
The rooms did not have their own bathroom and showers, and it was overpriced.
