About this house rental

Situated in Green Valley, this attractive house for $113 per night is a great option for your next trip. Unobstructed panoramic views of the majestic Santa Rita Mountains from sunrise to sunset! Located on the 14th fairway of Torres Blanca’s Golf Course. Gated 55+ community with optional access to Recreation Center. (covid/state rules apply at rental time) https://www.gvrec.org/about/centers-and-facilities/santa-rita-springs-the-springs/ This is a quiet 1500 square foot townhome designed for comfort. Two large bedrooms located on opposite ends of the home provide privacy for multiple guests. The modern southwest design of this property is accented with furnishings throughout. 10 foot ceilings and skylights bring extra light into the entire home. The backyard was professionally landscaped and includes a covered patio with ceiling fan. A new gas grill is located on the back patio along with patio furniture, ideal for outdoor entertaining! The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, 37” flat screen TV and DVD player, private bathroom with a separate shower and two sinks. Connected to the bathroom is a very large closet giving you all the space you might need for a long vacation. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed a closet with 2 sliding doors. This property has an additional room off of the main living space that can be used as an office or den but can easily be transitioned into a sleeping area with a queen size Murphy bed pulling out from the wall. Attached 2 car garage All amenities included -Internet -Phone -Cable Price per month, 1 calendar month minimum. No Smoking or Pets

The host thoughtfully provided everything you should have thought of and didn't bring. The house was simply and beautifully decorated, and spotless. The view was spectacular and having access to the pool close by was wonderful. In short, we will definitely be back.

Had a lovely stay for the holidays. The house is well located and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that were frequent visitors to the back yard.

We loved staying here, it was well equipped and the view of the mountains was fabulous! Everything was well set up for guests and Bryce provided us with all of the information we needed. I would absolutely stay here again!
