Location was great. We felt safe. Our host greeted us and provided all the information and support that we needed. The service was what we expected.
There was plenty of supplies and the kitchen was very well stocked.
When the microwave stopped working a replacement was provided the next day.
Receiving a tote bag and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch.
This apartment is advertised to sleep 6 guests. Just because you provide enough cutlery, plates etc does not make it suitable for 6 guests. The bathroom only had enough hanging space for 1 towel. We only had the 2 of us and one of us had to hang our towel over a bedroom door to dry. We have no idea how 6 guests could be in the apartment at the same time.
Bedroom floors were uneven and there was little space to walk around beds. We were lucky to find an empty cupboard to store our 2 suitcases, we have no idea where 6 people could put theirs.
The couch in the living/dining area was suitable for 4 people if they were a small build. The bench in the kitchen was the only furniture that was suitable to seat 6 people, however you would have to move to let a person out.
Having use of a laundry was fantastic, but it felt extremely unsafe walking down steep stairs with no railing. Definetely a potential fall hazard.
Charging the Paris visitor tax for 6 people does not make this apartment suitable for 6 people.

Location was on point. Near bus stops and train station. Close to a local farmers markets. Apartment is really comfortable and well equipped. Also having a washer and dryer in the property was a plus. I really liked the place. Eduardo made our stay pleasant. His teams was able to provide recommendations for eating out and visiting during our trip.
Parking was a hit or miss but we found a parking lot not far from the property and at a reasonable price. Stay away from parking near the property during market days. You will get your car towed.

The apartment is located in a non tourist area wuth everything you need nearby. The metro station is very close and is on the same line that goes to the most touristic attractions.
The apartment looked considerably better in the photos, and given the price point, I found the overall experience quite disappointing.
There were several signs that the apartment was not being particularly well maintained. In a number of areas, the flooring was lifting, and the decorative items, such as the vases and other permanent decorations, were noticeably dusty. An armchair also had a mark that looked like a cigarette burn, although I cannot say for certain what caused it.
The sofa bed was another issue. When sitting on it, the cushions would come away from the sofa, and there was visible tearing in the upholstery.
Individually, these may seem like minor issues, but together they gave the impression of an apartment with significant wear and tear that was not being properly cared for. Considering the price, I do not think the apartment offers a particularly good value for money.
