Your parking is right at the front door!! This home offers a new private backyard pool and spa, along with a full outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating areas with a billiard table and mounted television. Lots of comfortable seating inside with an updated and spacious kitchen with stainless appliances. The Primary Bedroom Suite features a Select Comfort adjustable split King size bed. The en suite Bath features double sinks, a separate stall, and a shower, with a custom walk-in closet. The Guest Suite has a Queen size bed, with a full tub and shower. The third bedroom Suite is also a queen-size bed, with a walk-in shower. Free high-speed internet, Smart TV, Netflix, and a DVD player are provided for your enjoyment. A short drive or ride on the free Island Trolley will take you to Bridge Street with restaurants, mini-golf, shops, and the Bridge Street Pier. As far as sightseeing. the house is centrally located, so you can explore the entire Island on the free trolley and the trolley stop is only steps away. Come enjoy the beauties of our Island. This is a perfect place for 3 couples. Having 3 bathrooms to go with the 3 bedrooms was huge! The place is in good shape and looks just like the pictures. Very clean and perfectly set up for a long weekend for 3 adult couples. We had a fabulous time and loved the area and the walkability to the beach and Bridge Street.
The only complaint is that the hot tub was the same temp as the pool (82). The owner did reply fairly promptly regarding the issue but made empty promises that made it frustrating. We truly believe the heater was working it was just set to 82 rather than 100 like a hot tub should be. The thermastat was locked and obviously controlled offsite. We are still not sure why they wouldn't just turn it up after several requests to do so. They did refund us a portion of the rental o we really do appreciate that. Overall we would most likely return since it is a great place to stay and other than the hot tub, the owner was great to work with.

This was by far our favorite place we have ever stayed! The short walk to the beach was perfect and not crowded. Bridge street is a short golf cart or trolley ride away and is where we spent many nights getting ice cream, playing putt putt, eating and shopping! The amenities are absolutely perfect! We felt like we had our own private oasis. When we were done with the beach, we would spend time outside playing pool, darts, swimming and enjoying the hot tub! There is plenty of seating for everyone! The kitchen is beautiful and has plenty of room for cooking in. This place was perfect in every way!

We had a great time. Used the pool and hot tub often. House was lovely, back yard was private and had all the amenities. Construction noises during day broke up tranquility some what but of course that cannot be helped. Short walk to beach and shops and restaurants. Perfect location and house was great. Property manager was responsive and extremely helpful. No negatives here, we loved our stay.

This property needs a face lift! The furniture is dirty and worn out. There is not a comfortable chair to the house. One of the mattresses was very uncomfortable. Outdoor living space could be very nice but again furniture is disgusting.

There’s a working TV outside (and in every bedroom and living room) and you can login to prime/Disney+/youtubeTV etc (Netflix was provided by the home). We used the outdoor kitchen area and dining table daily for lunch and snacks in between pool play. There were a few pool floats and noodles which my kids enjoyed and the pool was clean with zero bugs. The house was walking distance to public beach access which was so convenient. We rented beach chairs/umbrella from beach bums and used those at the beach - I was glad I reserved in advance since the house didn’t have many beach amenities aside from a cooler and a wagon to haul beach gear. Plenty of beach towels though. We were also walking distance to a few restaurants although it was so hot we drove anywhere further than a few blocks. The kitchen had basic pots/pans/utensils and was adequate for our basic needs - we didn’t cook anything major while there. The house location was quiet and felt very safe to us with friendly neighbors. Would definitely return again!

Great location, just a short walk to the beach. Our favorite part was the house layout with 3 bedrooms all with their attached bathroom and the outdoor patio and pool area was amazing. Very big and very private, which was really great to have with small kids. We are very happy with our experience!

Beautiful home away from home!
We had a wonderful week stay here during April school break. Our family had a blast at the house using the pool (hot tub was pool temp) and other outdoor amenities. Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach and easy free trolley ride or drive to Bridge St. in Bradenton Beach or up to Anna Maria. Bridge St. Bazaar was the favorite store for all sorts of items (clothing, jewelry, kids stuff). Across the street was the Kokonut Hut which had decent food and delicious drinks. You will love your stay here :)

Best vacation ever!
We so enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It had everything we needed. They even bought a crockpot that we had asked about. The whole island is family friendly and fun. Location was perfect to get anywhere on the island. We are already planning our trip next year. Thank you to everyone on your team !

The entire process from booking, to arrival and departure we're seemless. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. Gorgeous comfortable home and beds. Amazing pool with plenty of area to sunbathe or sit in the shade and relax.

Great neighborhood, great location, great house, great outside area!
This property worked well for two families of four. The outdoor space is great, with a nice pool, hot tub, pool table, grill, fridge, and ample seating. The neighborhood is great, with plenty to do within walking distance, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. Minor things about the property- which is expected of any rental property. My one suggestion is better communication with the property management- we sent a message requesting assistance with the outdoor TV, and the message back said "Good thing you have four other TVs." Well, when in FL, we did not want to watch TV indoors, and it was rude. I sent an email with my feedback and never received a response. Customer service was lacking, but not the property owners fault-- the property itself was exactly what we needed and wanted.
