Great location. Host was perfect in his communications. Very clean with lots of towels and bedding. Air conditioning worked well.
One half of the double bed was v uncomfy. Air conditioning above the bed made it hard to get the temperature right during the night and it was a little noisy. Fridge smelt strongly of fish so we couldn't store drinks in there as everything smelt of it.

First of all huge thanks to the host Denis! He gave us very clear instructions about self check in and let us come in earlier than expected as we arrived quite early in the day and wanted to leave our stuff and enjoy the rest of our day. It was extremely close to promenade and old town, great variety of restaurants, food and drink stands. The stay was relaxing as we heard no noise from the outside or our neighbors. Everything was clean and tidy, AC was working perfectly and the bed was comfortable. There was multiple towels, hairdryer, iron, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and a bottle of tap water in the fridge. Great experience!
There was no closet with hangers so all the wet clothes and towels had to be hung wherever possible as well as normal day to day clothes. Sometimes bathroom had this weird sewer smell. Also the window was very small but I understand that’s just the beauty of a building and it wasn’t bothering us at all.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable
No view from windows, no private parking and the lift is working only with the key, so it should has at least 2 pairs of key, because this is 5th floor.

We liked that it was close to the old town and a good breakfast
The location wasn’t accurate, advertised as a beautiful building on the water with views, we were in a claustrophobic room with a tiny attic window at the back of the building with a small view of roofs. So small difficult to open our suitcases.
