I wouldn’t recommend staying at Ocean’s One Resort or downtown Myrtle Beach. It was a very ghetto experience and the reviews on booking.com are misleading. There was nothing I enjoyed during this visit. The condo wasn’t clean. There was hair in the refrigerator, as well as unidentifiable dirt (looked like small black bugs to me). The rug in the living room was dirty. The pull out mattress was disgusting. The place hadn’t been dusted. There were dirty palm prints on the dressers. The tv in the bedroom didn’t work. The view wasn’t great. Do not be fooled by the hot tub advertisement. It’s just a bath tub with jets. All I could focus on was the pool right below me and the loud people swimming in the pool with their clothes on. It wasn’t peaceful outside my room. People stayed in the pool way past 9 pm. The beach was loud with kids screaming into the night. I expressed my unhappiness with Janet and all she did was pretty much offer to have someone clean the room, which I declined because I decided to cut my trip short. You would think that as the owner of the condo Janet would have inspected her place to make sure it’s ready for guests. I didn’t even stay a full 24 hours. I left the next morning out of disgust. Janet only offered ti give me money back if she was able to rent the room, which never happened and now I’m out of $1600. I encourage everyone who is considering staying at this condo to please read the Google reviews on Ocean’s One Resort. Save yourself some money and do not book anything in downtown Myrtle Beach!

the location

the price was not worth it , the room was small only can fit 2 adults , dishes in the condo was dirty and the cabinets were not disinfected and many things inside the room was very damage

It was wonderful

It was very close to everything, I like waking up and being right on the beach. And cooling off in the pools and Janet our host was very nice and had everything set up for every step of the way. I would def. Stay their again .

There wasn’t anything I could think of I liked everything .

the parking lot is across the street but it’s very close and there is a lot to do in walking distance.

Pleasant

Good beach access, view and location as promised. Owner responded immediately when I contacted her with an issue.

Beeping (fire alarm fault?) coming from service closet next to our room the whole time. Hair in sinks and tubs, and shower heads don’t work- only a trickle of water gets reverted to the shower from tub, in both bathrooms. Room waaay smaller then the pictures portray. I do realize hurricane Ian just did a lot of damage. so all the pools were closed and trash was everywhere and there was a smell of sewage constantly in the building- I don’t think that’s anyone’s fault, but I do think we should have been warned. Perhaps sending an email with updates on the damage before we got there?

Superb

Condo was clean and neat. Resort had excellant heated indoor and outdoor pools. Location was great, super close to almost everything. Janet was excellent and comminicated well.

It's beautiful and oceanfront. Very relaxing.

Furniture and bed were very comfortable. Had a couple of minor issues that the host took care of immediately. Very easy to work with her.

Ocean Front Condo

The condo was very clean and had an amazing view. The owner was so sweet and helped with any questions we had. Definitely will be staying again here. The indoor pool was clean and heated so was the lazy river.

Parking across the street was a little inconvenient with carrying in groceries.
