Located in Siasconset, this charming house for $3,200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Enjoy the 20'x50' heated pool! With a 10'x10' Baja shelf for lounging , a 30' long play space for water basketball, and a 50' lap lane, you'll have plenty of fun before and after your trip to the beach. An electric safety cover completes the package. A brand new 2024 Ford Maverick is available via Turo to make your stay even easier. Seats 5 adults comfortably, has latches for 2 child car seats and carries loads of stuff to the beach. It comes equipped with a collapsable wagon for moving gear from the parking lot to the beach. Beautiful, spacious (3300sf) and bright Sconset home with 4 large en-suite bedrooms in a pretty setting with wonderful sunsets. Very convenient walk or bike ride to central Sconset for fine dining and Sconset Market provisions.....like fresh breads, a world selection of cheeses, morning coffee, pastries and beloved evening ice cream cones. Don't forget the children's playground near the Sconset beach access. The house is a short(400yd) walk to the beach with a private access way. A king bedroom and a double twin bedroom are on the second floor. Each has a decorative fireplace and both open to a large western view deck for quiet afternoon reading. The king bedroom has a private office space (also excellent as a nursery or for placing the premium roll-away twin bed). Both rooms have large walk-in closets. Each suite has a very large bathroom with walk in glass showers and separate tubs (king with jacuzzi). There are two main floor suites, one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds with a premium full size roll-away twin available for a third person. Each main level suite has a very large closet, private baths and beautiful windows filling the rooms with light. Each room has a work space making work-from-Nantucket quiet, comfortable and efficient. Superb high speed Comcast internet with EERO Wifi mesh network services the entire house. There is a chef's kitchen open to the dining area and a living room awash in light from walls of windows. The cozy library is just off the living room and provides a nice place for reading, watching TV on a rainy day or playing a big group board game. Enjoy a game of Chess, Backgammon or even Bridge overlooking the back yard at the game table just outside the library. Our home easily accommodates multiple age groups! The main floor bedrooms are suitable for older or less mobile members of the family who would like to avoid stairs but still be a part of the festive summer family escape. The home is NOT wheelchair accessible but necessary stairs are limited to 3 low rise steps entering and exiting the house. The expansive deck (could be the largest deck in Sconset!) will keep you dining and playing outside every day. Amy was a wonderful host. Her home was beautiful with all the amenities you would need and want in a vacation property! The new pool that was installed this summer added so much enjoyment to our stay. The only thing we wish is that we were able to stay longer! Sconset is such a charming and beautiful part of the Island. The location of the property made it easy to assess the beach, Sconset market and bluffs. We would highly recommend a visit to Cannonbury Lane!

We had the most wonderul week staying at Seascapade in Sconset! Amy was a wonderful host and made sure that all of our needs were met. The house is beautiful, well cared for, and had everything we could hope for. The backyard pool is absolutely amazing, and the beach is just down the street for easy access. We got to see seals on the beach every day we were there. The town of Sconset is very charming, and we loved visiting the market each day. We loved everything about our stay and hope to come back!

We traveled to Nantucket for the first time and absolutely fell in love. This home was perfect for our group — SO clean, SO comfortable and had all the amenities we needed to feel at home for the week. Sconset is magical, and the location of the house was just a short walk / bike ride into the charming town. We rode in every morning and down to the beach each afternoon, and again for ice cream in the evening. The house was stocked with beach towels, wagon, chairs, toys, yard games, board games etc. Our children were in heaven! The house was large enough to spread out and have time alone, but also so cozy and warm! The home truly made our vacation one we will never forget! We can’t wait to go back!!

Just back from the most perfect stay at Seascapade! We loved it all - from the beauty, comfort, and fun of the house to the most thoughtful owner ever (welcome gifts, beach towels, toys, chairs, cups, etc.) who planned for every detail of our stay - we can't rave enough. We've rented many houses from the Hamptons to Sea Island and this was by far the best. Also loved being able to spread out and have privacy for all 7 of us. Five stars for Seascapade and Sconset so gorgeous too.

After a long year of being away from Nantucket, my family and friends eagerly returned to the island this June where we gathered at Amy’s lovely house in Siasconset. I was surprised to hear that we were the first guests to ever rent out the cottage because it was so well appointed for a complete getaway. Everything you’d hope for in an island respite was found here. Plenty of common space for everyone to gather and enough private space for each person or couple to retreat to. There were ample games (ping pong, backgammon, corn hole and much more) at our full disposal. The kitchen and dining space were welcomed areas for cooking and entertaining with ample cooking and serving options. The location is also hard to beat. The cottage is tucked and allows for a lot of privacy, even compared to other homes in the neighborhood which certainly says a lot. The backyard is lush and a great canvas for outdoor games, cookouts (outdoor grill on the side of the house), rinsing off in the outdoor shower, or just relaxing peacefully on the lawn chairs. It’s just a short walk to the beach and we took advantage of the wonderful weather and waked to Claudette’s each morning for breakfast. Needless to say, I would not hesitate to stay here, and in fact consider this among my top places to return to for our next and hopefully not too far away visit. Kiel Patrick
