The condo was immaculate and had everything that was listed in the ad. Back porches are perfect for watching the sunrise and has a great view of the marina. It is enjoyable to sit on the rear balconies and enjoy the peaceful environment. The restaurant on grounds has good food and it’s an easy walk there as well as to the little beach area. Daily walks became a part of my daily routine, We had a couple of things that needed attention -eg- smoke detector deciding it needed a replacement battery in the middle of the night. My family and I traveled to Florida for a family birthday. We had never stayed and Little Harbor before, and we were very impressed with the property. Our unit was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated/furnished. The rugs looked brand new and helped us to feel safe with our little ones traveling up and down stairs. We loved being able to enjoy the four different balconies. The bunk beds were perfect for my young family. The cleaning staff does an excellent job also of getting it ready for us. The spare bedroom has twin bunk beds. If you are sharing the house with any other than children that us a bit of a problem. It would be helpful if there were a notebook with information about the resort, but we figured it out just roaming around. This condo is close to amenities and within close driving distance of some of Florida’s most amazing beaches. The condo was well equipped for a one week stay. Thank you for the hospitality. Tara S.
